There wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room. They mention water and other things in welcome card but there wasn’t anything. There was a big sting on the floor.

Property had numerous water leak issues while I stayed there. For a three night stay I had to move the room three times (1st room in a terrible condition with Damaged and outdated furniture, dirty bedding, curtains, ripped carpets, bathroom full of mould….2nd room was affected by flooding and had 6 ventilators on 24/7 in front of my room- this room was slightly better furnished however very smelly, extremely noisy due to ventilators on the hallway in front of the room and heaps of mould in bathroom. Last third room was newly furnished however heaps of mould in the bathroom and hallway walls- very smelly due to that and very thin pillows which were very uncomfortable to sleep on) Two receptionist could not be bothered with my accommodation issues. Kate night manager was lovely and helped with the change of room however due to full capacity there wasn’t many options so I moved at 9:30pm one night and the other day the room wasn’t ready until 3:30pm so I wasted so much time and energy resolving the matter. Hotel is in a great location, close to everything however due to its condition it is just so terrible that I would not recommend stay there. I wish I booked a different hotel as was traveling from interstate and very am disappointed with wasted money on this accommodation.

Our room had a bad moisture smell, adding to that the entry ceiling was full of mould and mould spores, also within the ceiling to the main area. Not sure the mantra group should be allowing people to stay in rooms in this state, we mentioned this on checking out and they didn’t seem overly concerned of our comments. Never staying here again.

Great location and you can see the ocean and the Nerang River from the balcony. It's a bit noisy from the Cali Beach Club on the weekend nights, but you dont need music in your room as a result.

Location was perfect. It was close to everything. Beach, supermarket, restaurants, main streets, etc. The first room we got allocated to had issue with the A/C and the phone. We got moved to another room which had a little mould build up in the bathroom. We then got moved to a different room, which was okay. But the moving around rooms was not convenient at all.

Ocean View room had a partial ocean view only and had areas needing a fresh coat of paint. Bathtub had a 10c rust spot. Foyer and corridors are very appealing. Beds were comfortable.

We stayed in a oven view room on the 20th floor and the room was quite spacious. There's no pool as such and only a few large spa type pools on a large deck. Not really enticing to spend the day if you wanted to skip the beach for the day. Very convenient position with everything you need only a few minutes walk away. If you have a room facing south there is the Cali Beach club below you which plays loud music but it does lower significantly late evening so it wasn't a problem for sleep disturbance. Recommend for couples and families.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Not satisfied by the cleanliness. The blanket we got was dirty and had hair all over it. The staff was quite responsive when we informed them and replaced it with a cleaner one. The hotel does not have laundry and the closest laundry, which is around a km away, closes by 6 pm so you need to be mindful of that. WiFi is so slow that you cannot stream anything. The location is the biggest advantage of living here. So many eateries in the vicinity which makes it all so convenient.
