Our holiday homes are perfect for large family and group holidays, each house has a large living/dinning/kitchen area that opens up onto a large screened BBQ deck.
3 bedroom houses will allow you to accommodate up to 8 people in comfort with flexible bedding configurations to suit your needs.
Fringed by native bushland, unspoilt beaches and pristine waterways Beach Road Holiday Homes will allow you to get back to nature without sacrificing the comforts of home.
Only a short vehicle ferry ride over the Noosa River on the Noosa North Shore.

Leisure Centre
For the exclusive use of guests, we have a leisure centre, surrounded by hectares of native bushland, complete with tennis court, heated pools and spa, poolside BBQ's, a Lounge area with fridges for your drinks and food, a games room with pool table and X Box gaming console and a children's play room equipped with toys, games, books and puzzles.

*Please note that given the nature of our venue we do not accept bookings from schoolies groups, bucks nights and/or party groups as we do not have the infrastructure, policies and procedures in place to cater for such group. Thank you for your understanding.

noosa north shores hidden treasure
my second time staying here, and i couldn’t be happier. i hope to keep coming back every summer; i’ve never enjoyed a holiday as much as i do when i stay here.

Advertising for this stay was very poor, be misleading and you’d boldly say it’s false advertising.
Overall, was a sound property. The whole thing is one misleading and falsely advertised holiday. The photos of this property were all of the swimming pool, pool table, big open kitchen area ( which is a common area ) then some photos of the bedrooms. This making the property we were thinking we were getting was all just of the common area. There was aspects of the property that were broken, outdated and needs addressing. For the money we have spent on this property for the two days with family was a complete waste of money and if I could of canceled and got a full refund before we stayed, we would have and stayed on the mainland at a different property with a pool we didn’t have to walk hundreds of meters too. This needs to be looked into and better advertising.

Relaxing retreat
Couldn’t ask for more, it has everything we hoped for and more. We all felt comfortable but at the same time it had enough room to go and have time out. Will be coming back. Pool, spa and games room was a real treat.

Big house in generally private area
The house we stayed in was pretty big and spacious, but lacking in plates and cutlery for the number of people who would stay in a 4 bedroom place. We were constantly doing dishes. The ad for the property was also a bit misleading because it didn't give pictures of the actual property I would be staying in. Which I thought was a bit dodgy. The property managers were lovely though.
