We found the unit to be beautifully situated with a great view. Resident managers were there if required (which we didn't). Because it is a boutique size, the impersonality of a high rise was not felt. The unit was beautifully equipped. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet well run holiday unit.

Awesome spot to stay in Sunshine Beach. Easy access to beach and shops. Really nice neighbourhood and short drive up to Noosa and main beach Paul and Nathalie were awesome hosts and went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed, especially travelling to 2 little children. Would happily stay there again

Hello Christinawe see you review 3 stars very poor for our apartment, if you had placed a review stating apartment was great but the area is not Family friendly for your needs.Our location is a Beach and National Park walks. We are not near Theme Parks or the Zoo and all this is advertised under our location. If you like the beach and water sports and park walks then Sunshine Beach is the place. Your review all guests read and 3/5 means our apartments are not good whereas we are 4 Star 2023 QLD Tourism accredited. Expedia and Wotif and Last Minute or Hotels .com Guests who book with these Agents are very lucky that we cannot review you the Guest.

Beautiful apartment
Fantastic location just 5 minutes walk from beach and restaurants. Apartment is beautifully decorated and has all mod-cons. Two car spaces were perfect for our family.

Property was nice, fully renovated recently. However, the person who managed the property was but unreasonable at the time of checkout. Checkout time was 10.00 am for some reason I believe it was 11.00, anyway was moving my suitcases at 10.15 was advising her will be done in 5-10 mins. She sends me a message stating that, cleaners are moving in to the property for cleaning we need to vacate the property in 5 mins. Felt she was unreasonable and no customer service.

Even though your comments are not accurate, we are very communicate with our check out policies, they are on our Expedia Group Listings with Wotif, Last Minute, Hotels.com and Expedia, they are also in your apartment, there are no smoke or mirrors here. You checked out closer to 11am than 10am. We have our check-out in time for a major reason, housekeeping is pre-booked especially on a weekend check-out and they need to commence their work on time so they can complete all their duty cleans scheduled so the next guest can check in by 2pm. Please do not book accommodation if you do not like the rules.

We had a wonderful experience. Close to beach. Unit was well equipped and supplied with little extras that made all the difference to our stay. We even had an ocean view from our room.

The ocean view from the second floor was great. Apartment was walking distance to cafes, restaurants and the beach. We love that we didn't have to drive. The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped and the property managers were very helpful.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Sundancer, it was close to great coffee and restaurants and the beach. The only negative for us was the noise of the traffic on Henderson Street.

We stayed in the off-site apartment. It was a brilliant location with a good view and easy walk down to the beach. The apartment was well styled and generally comfortable. However, the cleaning could have been better as there was mould in the corners of the bathroom and quite a few ants in the bathroom (and some in the main bedroom which also got on the bed) from when we arrived. Unfortunately, our experience with the booking manager was disappointing. We followed the check-in instructions (provided via email the day before our stay) for the Saturday check-in (a day when their office isn't open) only to be greeted by an unpleasant demeanor which left us feeling rushed and panicked - not the best way to start a holiday! The booking manager also called the week following our stay to contest our feedback given as part of the check-in experience (primarily about the poor communication), again being aggressive and not willing to consider feedback. This was followed by a lengthy email to the same effect.

Totally inaccurate, Even if we had opened the office for your arrival and assisted you in person (outside of our Office hours) you would have been unhappy. We were so communicative with you we could have written a book. Emails, phone call discussions. Please do not book a holiday with a Resort if you do not like the pre-disclosed office hours and after-hours check-in advice. If I could show all other potential clients our welcome letter and advice regarding self-check-in after hours or on a weekend they would wonder what your comments above are all about.

We had no issues at all with the property it's well positioned,well appointed and easily accessed. The only improvement I would suggest is to somehow change the way the wardrobe glass sliding doors operate.

Nice views. Apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay with the family . Close to beach . Still a quiet place and so more relaxing than Noosa . However only 2km drive to Noosa if you want to get the all those shops and restaurants !

The location is ideal for access to the beach and the row of shops and restaurants just down the road. The unit was very spacious and clean with a good-sized kitchen with all the amenities, laundry and dryer and a very comfortable king-size bed. The balconies were large and had a fantastic view of the water. It was very quiet and the heated pool was welcome diverson when the beach was too windy.
