It was the perfect room size wise and price, expect that I was giving a room near an entrance/exit which was super load all night hearing it open and close that was a bit disappointing

The Staff was very rude, when requested to clean the room, the staff refused and also when asked for clean towels they said they would deliver to room, but was NOT delivered and when we go the request at front desk they say they don't have access to give us fresh set of towels. Very rude and unprofessional staff, dont care for customers at all

Worst hotel experience
Terrible experience! I booked 13 nights double queen suite from mid Dec to early Jan for my parents. First, the double queen suite pictures on Expedia are fake, no separate room, just a table next to bed. Then, it was noisy at night since next to an Avenue (heavy traffic). Third and the worst thing, the room never got cleaned until we asked, no house cleaning for 4 nights in a row, and we have to ask; the another 4 nights no room cleaning. I asked the front desk, and they said because the holiday, can I not pay the room fee on holiday? No room clean for hotel on holiday? That’s ridiculous! Never come back!

After my stay I checked out and my card was charged over $300 and restaurant fees when I had already left the hotel. Staff is on trustful and will steal your personal information and credit card information! Tried to contact manager for over a week and still no reply very unsatisfied with my stay

I asked for additional sheets and pillows for the sofa bed it took them quite sometime to bring it to me. As I requested the additional sheets and pillows the lady sitting behind the guest services representative was falling asleep 😴. The one that fell asleep was suppose to bring me my pillows and blankets. They also don’t offer HULU as an option on the tvs, however after first night the tv stopped working anyways.

Didn’t like the hot tub being out of service, and the whole lobby had many machines I guess for air conditioning? And one elevator was out of service, it kept getting stuck in every floor I was scared while I was in it

The hotel overbooked/over sold rooms and had over 20 groups of people waiting in the lobby to be checked in. We waited over two hours to get checked in when we were finally able to enter our room. There was a lack of information and communication.

bad experience during check in. Room no soap for hand washing, room smells have to open the window to let the smell out. I booked for 3 persons and requested 2 double beds. I was told not available so was given 1 queen or is this king? and a sofa bed. I requested beddings and pillows for sofa bed.My husband called the front desk to at around 4:30 or 5pm front desk said to send the beddings. We left to buy food, came back around 7 pm. no beddings for the sofa bed in the room.I called front desk at this time no one's answering. 8:00 pm called again for the sofa bed beddings front desk said to bring the beddings right away. I have to go down to the front desk to asked again for the beddings. I have been traveling and staying at different hotels but this is the worst experience I had. From check in to hotel services. Will not stay in this hotel ever again.

It was convenient overnight stay after a concert at shoreline. Staff was friendly and attentive. Only thing I didn’t like was Water repair happened as we returned from the concert so we couldn’t shower or flush the toilet
