I was spoken to as if I was a child throughout the whole check-in process. I felt like I'd done something wrong from the second I walked into reception. Rooms were immaculate, good location, prompt correspondence after booking and a friendly confirmation email with very clear instructions the day before arrival. Will definitely stay again.

Use free trains to and from Suncorp (Milton Station). Regular services save time and effort of parking! Leave the car in the Mantra car park.
