Fantastic location-walk to ski lifts. Only negative was the ancient hearing system in our apartment.

Horrible property
I never write reviews but I must on this property. Not as described. Much smaller than represented. Accommodations not nearly as represented. No room service or towel service. Very run down property. Only plus was location to ski lift but you can accomplish same from many other properties.

Front desk needs training
We received email regarding check in stating the front desk closed at 5 pm and 28 minutes later got another email stating it was open till 10 pm. I had previously called stating we would be arriving at 8 pm. Was told that if I arrived after desk closed I would have to make my own arrangements for getting from check in to condo since we didn’t have a car. Poor way to treat a new arriving guest. The only person at front desk that helped us was Allan

Title: Disappointing Room Condition, Great Location Rating: ★★☆☆☆ Our recent stay at the Villages left much to be desired, primarily due to the disappointing condition of our room. Room Condition: Upon check-in, we were immediately greeted by a horrid smell in our room, particularly in the storage closet. The old and dingy carpets added to the unpleasant atmosphere, making it evident that the room needed a deep clean. The overall cleanliness was only surface-level, leaving us with the impression that the room was in need of renovation. Sleep Quality: The antiquated nature of the room extended to the uncomfortable bed. A week later, I still feel sore from the poor sleep quality. The malfunctioning blinds and broken hand soap dispensers in the bathroom further contributed to the less-than-pleasant experience. Room Specifics: It's important to note that our dissatisfaction may be limited to Room 4221. Walking by other rooms, it appeared that some had undergone renovations, offering a potentially better experience. Common Areas: Unfortunately, the common areas were subpar. the lobby store was consistently out of water during our entire stay, impacting the overall guest experience. Conclusion: Considering the issues with our room and the subpar common areas, I would only consider staying at the Villages again if guaranteed a renovated room.

This is a lovely property, the condo I stayed in was perfect for one (studio size). The location is perfect, the amenities are great, the hot tub area is lovely but best it all the view from the apartment is breathtaking. I didn’t want to leave!

Tiny complaint -Not enough electrical plugs
The accomodations were great! The bed was very comfortable, the amenities were nice even had coffee for the morning available. The only tiny complaint is that they need more electric plugs in the living room.

Lots of Condo's in Breck- Find Another
Nothing worked quite right and there were no instructions as to how things worked. Front desk just said they would send someone and that would be last you heard. Condo's were built in the 80's and just too old for the price charged and our taste.

Perfect stay-cay location for us in the exciting Breck atmosphere. Coupled with gorgeous sunny days to enjoy all the dining experiences outdoors. The front desk hours were very limited and our check in was elsewhere, not ideal, but we figured it out.

Nice condo except for the mattress.
The studio condo was clean and nice with a great view. The only problem was the bed mattress was very uncomfortable and had a large depression in the center.

Lack of communication, staff at the reception (Jake) really rude. Need to check in in a different building (15 min walk). So you’ll find no one at the reception of this hotel.

Worst hospitality seen by a hotel group.
First you had to checkin at another location. The keys did not work so we waited 30mins for new keys. Then there was a consentrated amount of weed smoke in the hallway which caused a coughing reaction. The front desk staff said there is no manager on duty to help and that was their only room available. This happened at midnight and I had to find another place to stay right away without getting my money back. The next morning the manager issued a refund. Then the next night their night auditor decided to change me again for the stay that was canceled. I would not recommend staying at the Vail Resorts properties.

Check in process was frustrating and inconvenient. Was told that I would receive a text when room was ready and would be apprised on instructions on phone door key operation. Did not happen. I had to call the front desk twice. First call I was put on hold for 25 minutes. Hung up and called again. Finally received instructions.

When I arrived at check out I was charged $40.00 more than what I reserved and paid for the room. Why? and I expect a refund. Then it took us two hours to get in the room as the electric door locks would not work. There was no one at the hotel to help us so we had to drive several miles away to get help with our room door. One of our worse experiences with a hotel room.

Condo was great and location close to wine event which made it nice to walk. Had to check in at sister property and that was smooth, front desk gave good advice and maps and called us early to notify us room was ready which was super nice. Perfectly located to walk main street. Only negative is we had enough coffee for 1 night not 2. But other than that paid for parking which was close to elevator and use of luggage cart. Felt it was worth it to pay for the parking.
