We thought the actual hotel was fine, it was easy to find, there was plenty of free parking available and the members of staff we met were most helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom sink was almost blocked but we mentioned it to reception and I got the clear impression they would deal with it immediately! We only stayed one night but would stay again if we were in the area.

Christina went out of her way to look after me and my stay was lovely! The breakfast and cooked fresh for me was immense and delicious! The service was impeccable!

Why did you change breakfast?
It’s my hotel of choice in Stratford. Covid kept me away for a bit but glad to be back. Breakfast, which used to be an attraction, while still good, is not what it was…A bit prepacked, which is against the ethos of the place.

We have stayed before, it's a great location with an easy 20 minute to half an hour walk from central Stratford . Lovely building , easy parking and lovely helpful staff. The full breakfast is particularly good too should you choose to have it. A big thank you to Christina the Manager who went over and above.

This was a lovely friendly hotel, very comfortable and room was a good size. All staff were really helpful and made us very welcome. Would definitely return.

Clean hotel friendly staff
Friendly staff, very clean room and hotel, easy to park as have own car park at back, nice patio area to use. Was about 30 min walk to town and just one road so easy to find. Local pub and restaurants close by. Continental breakfast ok. Would stay again.

Disappointing
Received a text on the morning of arrival- staff problems, no receptionist so hotel door will be open and key in room door. No breakfast being supplied so a small refund. Room not serviced on 2nd day, no teabags, milk not refreshed, bed unmade. No staff seen at anytime in our staff.

A mixed bag
This hotel provided a generally acceptable place to stay. However, there were certainly some problems. The good: The room was clean The breakfast was very good, and good value for money Plenty of parking Easy location from which to get into Stratford The bad: The bed, being two single beds pushed together, could be more comfortable The shower was awful - inconsistent temperatures, and very difficult to get to a point at which it was truly warm enough. Also, the seal at the bottom of the shower leaked, leading to water flooding out. The mildly inconvenient: The bar closes very early indeed

Wasn't quite what I was expecting for the price. Dated room, below average bathroom and terrible continental breakfast. No atmosphere in the place whatsoever. Not so much a hotel, more air b&b. Here's your room and hers your key kind of place

Great Stay
I had a really good stay at the Stratford Limes. Only one night but very friendly staff, a clean and comfortable room with all you could need for a stay. The price paid vs what was provided was really good.

I booked this hotel and made a mistake because i thought it was stratford. And these people were not helpful atal. Was promised to get a call to resolve the situation until now nothing. NEVER AGAIN

Room was well equipped, bed very comfortable, the welcome was very good, easy parking and pleasing outdoor space although didn't make use of it because of time of year.Convenient for the town centre,bit disappointing cooked breakfast not available.

Hi Lynne I am sorry you did not enjoy stay with us. We have not been a restaurant for some time now. The bar is only open when the reception is manned and unfortunately this is currently on Wednesday - Sunday 10-6
