The hotel is really nice, convenietly located for Gamla Stan, great Coop supermarket and sushi place just across the road. Very good and varied breakfast. We stayed in the superior room for 4 nights.
The bed wasn't the comfiest, but not terrible. Anyway, it's a matter of personal preference.
My only comments would be to provide a better qiality toilet rolls, rather than something that resembles sanding paper (sorry, guys, but these little things do matter!). And fit the bathrooms with some storage space or a shelf to place the washing bags. It's quite ridiculous not to have anything to put your creams and make up on. These very little things would change the experience for the better.
Otherwise, the hotel is not bad and a good value for money.
