We booked a non-refundable two night stay but we had to leave after the first night and stay somewhere else.
First, the radiator didn't work so it was really cold in the room, the employee brought up a heater which was great, but even at the lowest setting, it made the room way too hot so we had to pick between too cold or too hot.
Second, the man next door was very sick and very loud. You could hear him cough, sneeze, even yawn through the paper thin walls. We did mention it to the employee (since there are signs saying to let them know if there are noise problems) but unfortunately that issue wasn't resolved. The guest next door also turned on his tv at 7:30am on Saturday morning so there was no chance for sleep after that. I understand that hotels can't control what their guests do but when I mentioned what room we were in, the employee did not seem surprised by the noise from the guest next door, I wonder if he's a long-term guest.
The room itself wasn't particularly clean, there was lots of dust, some dirt and some questionable marks on the walls and curtains.
To add insult to injury, this website (I'm not saying the name in case that triggers something that prevents the review from being posted) won't price match the lower advertised price we found because the hotel charged our card before we arrived and didn't bother providing a receipt.
