Chris the owner was terrific. Gave us very detailed check in directions. In addition, Chris gave us good recommendations for dinner and beaches to visit. Location is very good, close to Sapphire beach, Lindquist beach and Red Hook. Villa had everything you could need including beach chairs which came in handy. Dinner at Old Stone Farmhouse was excellent as was Dinner at Pangea which is right on property. We rented a car which I would also recommend although there is a taxi stand walking distance.

Exactly what we wanted for vacation
I was in contact with Chris (the host) from the time we booked last fall until our trip in March. She patiently answered many, many questions and was a wealth of information when it came to planning for a week stay. She has many well deserved high ratings! The property was pretty much as described. We used the kitchen for over half our meals. It was amazing to be able to go to the beach in the mornings and then retreat from the crowds in the afternoons and lounge in the pool. It is right next to a busy road, so there is some road noise, but it did not affect us when we were inside. We were also fortunate to have quiet neighbors most of the week, however there was a day when the next door neighbors were louder. Aside from a little noise, it was still private and relaxing. The only thing I would advise is to be sure to get all 3 door codes before arrival. One to enter the private villa, one to open the sliding door to go inside, and one to enter the resort when walking back from the beach. We were only given one of these codes before arrival. Once we got all 3, we were set. All things considered, I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others!

Wow!!
Wow doesn’t began to describe how much my wife and I enjoyed our villa and overall trip. It was an unforgettable experience. First of all Chris was so easy to deal with. She was helpful and knowledgeable about all the different sites on the island. She helped us with every detail about the villa. The pool was great. The only thing negative I can say, which isn’t any fault of Chris is the leaves falling into the pool. However Chris left a net for us to clean the pool out. That’s how wonderful she was. The beaches were so beautiful and having Sapphire beach so close was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone visiting St. Thomas.

For us it's a great location-Private pool, walk to Sapphire beach, which has fast food ,restaurant-Sea Salt the best, and a bar, plus its close to Red Hook . Chris, the mgr. was just a phone call or text away to answer any questions and give recommendations. Thank you Chris, we had a great time.

Fun in St Thomas
We had a good stay at this property. Our host Chris was super helpful, suggesting placea to eat and have fun seeing as this was our very first time on the island. The neighborhood is quiet and closw to beaches, the ferry and lots of restaurants. Overall a good stay

Great stay
Property is well situated though a short walk (8-10 min) to the beach/bars. Very close to Pangea, which is an outstanding restaurant. The property itself is lovely and the bed is super comfortable. Well furnished and very user friendly kitchen. We arranged a driver through the owner for pick up from the airport with a stop at the grocery store and return to the airport. He was super friendly and prompt with pick up and drop off. Overall a great experience!

Perfect honeymoon stay!
The place was private and perfect for the two of us. It was clean. The communication was great! The owner was very informative not only about our place but places to go and things to do. Sapphire Beach is walking distance and it’s beautiful!!!
