Our first room was pretty gross, couch was dirty, room smelled like strong cleaner and we had busy road right out our door. Room they moved us to was nicer but still smelled weird

Our stay at property was excellent don’t let the outside fool you! They stayed checking in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was good… also the kids enjoyed the small park with swing set and pool was also enjoyed

Thank you for staying with us responding to your feed back no complaint were made or filed in the shift report regarding the room you stayed in . our front desk agent are their to help our guest. they would have switch rooms if that was the case that the exterminator went in and found no visible signs for roaches .

Affordable, quiet, safe motel.staff was friendly, room clean, comfy bed. Saw a show at Capital Theatre, very nice venue. Try Papa's New York Style 24 hr cafe, has excellent food for affordable price. Easy in/out free parking.

We booked this property on a whim this weekend. Family trip. We found two roaches in the room. One I killed the second was found in the bed upon leaving and checking sheets for items. I was charged $25 for a rollaway- which wasn’t stated when I called down to the office.. we even had to move it upstairs ourselves. The pool wasn’t working and water was stagnant with oil residue on top. The surrounding properties were condemned or shut down with debris everywhere on the property. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Amy was very lovely as was the 3rd shift gentleman. The room was clean! There was no hidden smoke smell. There were no bugs (I checked often). The room was VERY outdated, but everything worked appropriately. The area seemed safe. They should add a waffle maker to the breakfast selection, otherwise no real complaints. 20 minute drive to the beach. We enjoyed our 5 night stay.

The ice machines did not work and the hot tub was out of order. The actual room, property and staff were good and very nice. I noticed the tap water in Clearwater has a funny smell everywhere we went though.

We booked last minute before flying home the next day, only a 15 minute drive to the airport. Friendly staff greeted us, we arrived a bit early, however our room was ready. We had a ground floor corner room, which was clean and comfortable for our needs and surprisingly quiet. The shower was hot and had good pressure. They offer a nice little breakfast in the morning, a good selection of breads, muffins, cereals, as well as scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles. This isn't a new modern hotel, but the staff do their part to keep the rooms and property quite tidy. Also, the location is a quick drive or Uber to many nearby restaurants.

Pool was up and working but the heater portion was not working. Breakfast could have been better. Also AC didn’t seem to run well all the time.with that said, Overall wise I’d stay here again in a pinch no problem.

Everything was great but the rooms need repair there was spiders and flies all over in our room. There was a huge crack at the bottom of door atleast an inch gap, i ended up shoving a towel under the door so no critters would sneak in while we were sleeping.

The rom reeked of smoke and the noise from pool guests went into the night. Room beside us fought loudly screaming obscenities and smoking right outside our room. When we asked if the woman could please lower her telephone conversation (loudly at 10PM) she accosted us with hate spewed obscenities drunk and loud. We paid for two rooms for us and our son, daughter-in-law, and grandkids but left the next morning and just ate the cost of two rooms for the next night. Personell were very nice and cheerful, and we didn’t complain because it wasn’t their fault, but we’ll never stay again!

Nothing unique. Room was very clean but that’s it. Common areas were in very poor shape. Pool was not clean. No towels in pool area. Hot tub out of commission. Breakfast area was ok. Not stay there again. Very tired motel.

The hotel was ok, we just need a lil e to sleep and shower, while we have a late flight, I asked for a late check out, the front desk said lates at 2 pm, she mistake I and call me to tell me my stuff it’s out the room, because the late was 12:00, I called at 11:30. Asked to pay for an extra night say no! Asked to pay for a Late check out and ay also no!!! Very rude, absolutely never recommend this place or used again. Worst place to ask for a late check out! I never had a problem in a hotel paying extra if my flight is late. Because of her now I have to go in my baiting suit to the airport.

Thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay. 11:00am is the conventional checkout ,we do offer later checkout options upon request or as part of our loyalty program how ever such extension are often subject to availability and may comes with additional fees, out of courtesey the front desk agent will extend till 12:00pm anything after that will be consider as a half a day . we would it love to charge for the stay you never gave the credit card to be charged . it was close to 4:30pm when you were in the front desk asking to get in the room; I asked the housekeeper to let you in in the room so you can gather your belongings.

Our room was "poolside" but the pool was unusable and in need of replacement. We had to walk the equivalent of a city block with our suitcase (in a pouring rain) to get from our car to the room. The bed was fine. The room smelled from disinfectant. The room was in need of renovation. The breakfast was better than I expected.

I chose this location because of the heated pool. However, the pool was under maintenance my entire stay. The deck surrounding the pool wasn't open either. Very disappointing for a Michigander hoping to relax outside.

Bedspread had light stains, had to go get towels at front desk, room was dark, curtains had holes that were poorly attempted to be repaired. Carpet felt a little tacky. Entire room (and probably entire hotel) needs to be refreshed.
