Excellent location if you are attending an event at the XL Energy Center. Staff is friendly and kind. The restaurant has great food. Pool is a little small with strong chemicals. Parking was easy and convenient.

Perfect Location For Events at the Excel Energy Center. We attended the 2024 NCAA Frozen Four Hockey Tournament. Many desirable restaurants & bars along West 7th Street. We were pleased with Louis Ristorante & Waldmann's Brewery. Helpful Staff supported an Early Check-In. Real Breakfast, ordered off a menu, at no extra charge, for each morning of the stay. (Note that this may require membership in the IHG Rewards program.) Nice Package Deal on Expedia combined Air & Lodging.

We could see the Xcel Center across the street from our window, couldn’t have had a better experience for a place to stay going to a concert. Parking was easy, pulled in to check in and they give you a pass to park in the garage next to each he hotel. Lots of dining options close, we will definitely be back time we come to a concert at Xcel!

Very clean hotel, our room was quite loud from the hallways and from outside but other then that the room was nice and clean and the hallways smelled nice. We had a game to get to at 3 so its nice they let people check in a little early on game days.
