One mile to Forest Park, History Museum and The Loop with a variety of restaurants and entertainments to enjoy.

Very easy access to Highway 40, Forest Parkway or a quarter mile to MetroLink subway station. Make your trip pleasant, driving or riding, to most of the attractions in St. Louis, like Downtown St. Louis, Arch, Busch Stadium and more.

The property was described as updated. It was represented as in good condition. Neither was true. The owners were denied all issues: an ant infestation, unusable bed, shabby linens that were pilled and thread bare, cracks in the walls with crumbling plaster, used Kleenex behind the doors, etc. VRBO customer service was contacted and nothing was done to rectify, rehome, or provide a refund. Warning to future vacationers, do not book here.

Great WashU-area home
Property was perfect and as-described. Clean, well-appointed, comfortable - everything worked and it was just a pleasure to stay here. Xindi was very helpful, even stocked the place with water, coffee and fresh fruit. Highly recommend if you are looking for a home in this area.
