CozySuites is proud to bring you a beautiful 2BR apartment unit right across Lafayette Square on Park Ave with parking! A true hidden gem, this unit is located in an upscale, quiet, and historic neighborhood. The unit is incredibly convenient to the downtown attractions, and sports stadiums. Best of all, it is located next to many local restaurants, cafe, and shops.

** Note that this is on the 3rd floor and there are 2 flights of stairs to get to this. There is no elevator

The Space:
This CozySuite is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay:

Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

The stairs were ridiculous high, If I had known they were that high up I wouldn't have booked .
It was clean and cozy but not worth what we paid for 2 days, the stairs were horrible, and it was hard to figure which unit it was.
