No bathtub as described and the bathroom floor had a lot of dirt around the edges. Staff at checkin wouldn’t find us a room with a tub.

The location is okay but the rooms need maintenance. The shower pressure was horrible and you can hear the stomping from rooms above. Wouldn’t be back.

It was a very nice room and we had no trouble checking in. They asked no questions and immediately refunded me $4 that I stupidly put in a dryer that I thought was a washer. The only negative thing is that there are only rocks everywhere around the property and nowhere to walk the dogs. This has been the same as all our other hotels on this trip.

The front desk lady who helped me type a letter from “tooth fairy” when my son lost his baby tooth- she was amazing!! She didn’t need to do that. I asked for a Pen and paper so I could write a letter from “tooth fairy” and she was so happy to type it up for me instead and made it all nice. When my son woke up the next day, he was so happy when he saw the “letter.” Thank you thank you!! Also, the other lady at the front desk ipon check in, thank you for allowing our friends to stay close to us- much appreciated it. Top notch service!

We were placed in room 109 directly across from the gym. Hours posted for the gym were 8 to 8 but weights were clicking non stop until 10:30 pm and started again at 6 am. We have no pets but both left with white dog hair all over our black pants. Disappointed.
