At your unit, enjoy the shaded patio and private area to BBQ, along with the large living room with a comfy wrap-around couch to relax after a day exploring Southern Utah. There are large flat screens throughout the home, with movies and family games available, too! Lava Falls has a 2 car garage, and additional parking just across the street (but no RVs in this community). The bedding has all been purchased with comfort in mind! Quiet streets make a great area for the kids to ride the provided kids bikes and scooters.

Whether you want to enjoy family time around the ping pong table or access the countless trails just moments away, Lava Falls is the perfect place to create a memorable vacation!

Fantastic house
This house was great! It had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable and my girls loved the rooms with the bunkbeds. There were toys for them to play with and we didn't expect that. Wonderful surprise. Would definitely stay there again!

Overall nice place
I really wanted to love this house but there are a few things that made it hard. 1st was the beds. All of them were uncomfortable & we all left with back issues. New mattresses need to be purchased ASAP. Even though we loved the hot tub, the lack of an outdoor space really is a bummer. But the owners have made an effort to make this a great family vacation home. Lots of beds w/ the bunks for large families, the amount of dishes & small appliances they have is amazing. We were the only ones up at the pool when we went. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and such a great location.
