Clean modern small hotel
This property stil feels like they are very new, the rooms were modern new and clean but some of the areas outside the room looked unfinished. Service was a bit slow but we were on holidays to relax so it was no problem. We ate dinner here one night and it was very good. This is a good value modern clean small hotel in a good location near the beach. Just be aware of the location next to the main Galle road.

到着した時、ホテルは施錠され、電話しても誰もでなかった。周りにいた人に聞くと、前日は営業していたとの事。 途方に暮れましたが、近くの別のホテルでお茶をしていると、やっと連絡がとれ、泊まる事ができました。 部屋に入ったとたん、染みだらけのカーテンがかかった部屋でがっかり。 また、海が見えるという事だったのに、向かいのホテルの隙間から少し見える程度でした。 シャワーの出が悪く、満足に身体も洗えない上に、朝ご飯も作れないという事だったので、１泊だけにしました。

Very nice hotel, great food
Nice, small hotel with awesome owners. Rooms are clean and big. Food is super tasty and cheap. Not on the beach side but the beach is just across the street. Hotel is not located on the busiest side of Hikkaduwa beach which is nice. Would definately recommend this place!

Building is brand-new so everything was neat and beach is just across the road. Room was big and clean and equipped with AC, only minus being the poor shower with nonexistent water pressure.
