The room is quite nice, albeit small but the carpet obviously wasn’t the best choice, nor were the material bedheads which both had stains which gives the feeling of unclean. We also found a cockroach running around the room which didn’t help that feeling. Bed comfy and the option to select different style pillows was a nice touch. Staff friendly. Good location.

What ai like about the property is that it is within the city. What I dont like about the place is the shower floor is dirty, i have to clean and scrub it using shower bath gel all over the floor and corners, it stinks the whole time of my stay, and also the "rainfall shower head is disappointing, very little water is coming out and weak pressure at all. The worst is the sewerage smells, i can tell they do not disinfect or at least pour down bleach on sewerage/tubing. This contributes to the smell in the shower. The amount paid for 3 nights are not worth it. I regret staying.

Nice and convenient! Room was very musty like wet smell! Location was handy but very disappointing that although they advertised breakfast menu in tv in room they don’t actually do it!

The hotel was quite ok. The room was small. The TV info showed breakfast was available but we were told at reception that they don’t do breakfast with no other explanation.

Staff: very friendly, ease of check-in. Location: Easy walk to bus stop to catch Free Spring Hill Loop Bus Route 30, which takes you down to the CBD or up to Wickham Terrace for specialist doctors appointments etc. Food options: Cafe downstairs, no Keto options though, but many people seem to be patronising the business. Other close by cafes, in same street, with Keto options though. Room: nice decor, good quality curtains for keeping out morning sun Didn't like: room was too small for two people

Good location for access to the CBD. No restaurant at the hotel but there is a bar that also serves coffee and pastries. Plenty of local cafes around in any case. Accommodation nothing special but no problems either.
