No communication as to what floor the rooms were on (3rd floor walk up) or what our room number was. We had to try random doors with 9-digit code before finding correct room. No top sheet, blanket or bedspread, only bottom sheet. When office was contacted by phone and What’s App, nothing was done to remedy situation and no explanation or contact. Very noisy area with trucks and buses.

No staff located onsite so only communicate via WhatsApp and take 2 hour breaks midday so no way to reach them, it’s in an office building which is quite off putting since it’s a shared public building, and on top of that they don’t provide bed sheets or a comforter for the whole bed. Amazing location and brand new renovated room but lacking essentials for bedding.

Very comfortable
Well presented room, great bathroom with the jacuzzi bath. Contacted the manger regarding getting there before check in and was allowed to leave my bag. Apartment felt very secure however the main door and adjacent area is a little "rough looking" however fantastic location to the ferry port and the walls of the old town. Handy shop next door for snacks and drinks.

Perfect spot in old town
The hotel is really nice, great location with walking distance to everything, the owner was incredibly sweet and helpful during the entire stay. Would recommend!
