The whole experience was fantastic. It is close to the hospital and staff were very understanding of my reason for staying. I highly recommended if need to be close to the hospital.

The room was very nice however the overnight cost of $359 was far too much and breakfast wasn’t included. Plus the towels need to be replaced as they were old and thin

Stayed a night due to the storm. Really nice clean hotel A bit disappointing that the hotel did not have complimentary water bottles or an amenities kit otherwise all good.

Convenient location and a very quiet room
This hotel has a very convenient location for the Gold Coast University Hospital and Griffith University. It also has very quiet rooms and comfortable beds. However, we we returned from our conference on day 1 none of our rooms had been serviced. When I enquired the next day, I was told that with the discounted conference rate, it did not include room servicing. So, I suggested that they tell us that when we check-in and then we won't be disappointed. For example, I would have hung my towels up and not left them scattered on the floor.

Nice hotel
My sister & I stayed due to the proximity to the GC University hospital. Nice, sleek and clean hotel with good facilities. We did book a king room and were given a twin bed room which was fine but the beds were a little annoying how easily they wheeled everywhere. AC worked well and the room was nice and bright. Bathroom was very good and the man at check in was nice.

The property was fine but the smell of cleaning chemicals gave me such severe asthma that I had to leave the motel within 5 minutes. So we didn't actually stay there. In and out in under 5 minutes!!

Perfect location for us to attend a Ball being held at the Event Centre right next door. Lovely Aviary bar on top floor where we had a pre-ball cocktail. Beautiful breakfast in the Southport Sharks Club at the same location. Lovely rooms, clean and with all the usual requirements for an overnight, or a couple of days stay.
