This third-floor condo is located in a condominium complex that is smaller than the typical beach front condominium building yet it offers similar convenience in location and amenities, directly across the street from the beach and a permanent beach access. The elevator is conveniently located right outside your door making access easy.

Beautifully furnished throughout with tropical influences, it is perfect for a family looking to enjoy the fun of a South Padre island beach vacation and yet well suited for one or two couples looking to get away. With a queen size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a quality sofa sleeper in the living room, it accommodates up to 6 overnight guests comfortably. Or you can combine it with 305 next door and 104 on the ground floor to accommodate up to 18 guests in the same complex.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook during your stay. A washer and dryer and two parking places reserved for your use just outside the elevator complete the package to make this the perfect location for your stress-free South Padre Island Getaway!

Location is perfect, we really enjoyed our stay.
Reviewing on my 5 hour drive home. We really liked this condo but here are my Pros, Cons and comments. Pros- The condo was great! It's clean, perfect location and was as expected. The "Partial Ocean View" was actually a great ocean view! Granted you're the third open balcony over but still see a great view of the beach when on the Balcony. Everyone enjoyed the Vinyl collection and record player!! Sound system was amazing. Appreciated plastic food containers. Parking spots were great, you can back right up to the elevator to load and unload! And, it matters that you can load IN THE SHADE in the morning as it's on the West side of the building :) Beds were noisy but comfortable. Linens were nice. Extra blankets that were soft was great! Appreciated the laundry basket. Outdoor shower was nice and LITERALLY across the street from a very nice beach access point that has a newer deck and water hose available too. You're like 50yds from the beach! Cons- We did loose water pressure Saturday afternoon for about 4 hours and then it was fine again. Couldn't even flush the hall toilet had to get water in a pitcher from slow flowing kitchen faucet to fill tank during that time. Had problems with clothes catching on dryer lint trap every load because it doesn't fit in right. We got trapped on the balcony because the door handle just needs replacing... The Condo pool was old and dated with cracked tiles and saw mold/grime. No plastic kid friendly plates, cups, etc... We brought our own because we're used to some condos not having that. The coffee pot needs a deep cleaning. I didn't notice it needed it until I took the plastic filter holder out to clean it. I didn't use it again... Coffee filters would have been nice. Comments- No beach towels. No beach toys/gear of any kind. Loud. We thought we would avoid the running sounds of kids with us being on the top floor, but we heard the kids nextdoor to us at all hours running around. We just turned up the sound bar... No condiments (salt, pepper, sugar etc.) or coffee filters. Did have hand soap and toiletries we didn't use them though. We bring our own. Lots of closet and drawer space!! Elevator was convenient!! But of course super hot! Just a few blocks from Clayton's where the fireworks are great and often! Just a few blocks from Wanna Wanna where they have Gulf Shrimp, Turbos (amazing Pina Colada) and live bands all weekend.

Clean, Spacious and SO CLOSE to the beach!
Our group of 5 ladies had an awesome time staying in this space. It was well equipped, clean and was such a quick and easy walk to the beach. The management were super nice. Being on the third floor so close to the elevator was nice. We loved the record collection! Thanks for the great stay!
