"Very clean and comfortable, had a beautiful ocean and expo park view. We’ve been traveling for a while so we were very happy the hotel had laundry facility with two large washers and dryers. The breakfast buffet had good options of both western and Korean food, the only drawback is they close at 9:30, a bit too early to have leisurely brunch on vacation. Understandable that the hotel caters to business travelers but there were many families that were on vacation. "

"I think is an amazing hotel with amazing staff. They are incredibly knowledgeable front desk workers. I wish I could communicate with them more in English, however, it’s more or less my fault for not speaking the best Korean. The front desk worker helped me when my toilet got clogged and brought me a plunger. Which was a little embarrassing but he was incredibly nice about it. Thank you so much for making my Korean experience great!"

"Our stay at Hotel Haven was honestly so lovely and comfortable! We didn't interact much with staff, only when checking in and out, and then redeeming our free beer at the bar - but they were nice and pleasant enough😊 The lady working in the convenience store was extra lovely and helpful though, so I want to make sure I mention her!! The reception area is very nice, and whilst I didn't get to use the pool, it looked lovely - it's not quite an 'infinity' pool though as they say, so don't expect a glass-edge or anything. The room was really big, with everything laid out well, clean, and comfortable! It was a pleasant surprise to find the bed was actually bigger than a double sized bed - I believe it may have been a queen bed? Either way, it was so big and very comfortable. Also the view was amazing, it was exactly as I had hoped it would be - there's a lovely balance between seeing the bridge and the town area to the left, and then seeing the slightly more open Ocean, with Odongdo Island and even a lighthouse in the distance lighting up the ocean a little at night! So beautiful. There's not much immediately around the hotel itself, but the location makes a perfect base to head off from, & taxis were always immediately available via the KakaoTaxi app (they would always arrive instantly after booking so we didn't have to wait around). We were very impressed by what we got for the price, & would love to stay there again if I'm ever lucky enough to travel to beautiful Yeosu again!"

"Chose a one night stay here to catch the train the following day. The hotel looks almost brand new and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was ample and delicious. Very comfortable and well appointed with a spotless room and comfy bed. Highly recommended when budgeting a trip to Mokpo over the higher priced nearby and older options. There is a convenience store in the building, a traditional fish market next door and a fishing port across the street with lovely views of the water. The hotel also offered coin laundry service which I used. I’d definitely stay here again. "
