Timaru's expansive living area comprising of the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to entertain, including the coffee machine, dining table and chairs to accommodate 10, and the 'oh so comfortable' lounge with the beautiful gas fire place, will make you all feel right at home.

Bedroom 1 with a Queen Bed and TV. A full ensuite with vanity, shower & toilet.
Study nook with desk, chair and Wi-Fi provides for moments when you need to stay in touch.
Bedroom 2 with a Queen Bed.
Bedroom 3 with a Queen Bed.
Bedroom 4 combined with a separate living zone includes 2 king size single bunk beds, sofas with a tv to enjoy. Enjoy a hit of table tennis.

Main bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. A separate powder room with a vanity & toilet.

European laundry with a trough, washing machine and dryer. Ducted heating and air-conditioning throughout.

Relax outdoors on the expansive deck, enjoy a BBQ and the serenity of Timaru.
An outdoor shower is provided to wash off after a day at the beach.

Fully fenced backyard. Sorry, no pets.
2 car garage and off street parking for an additional 2 cars, all set in a native garden.

You also have exclusive access to a communal tennis court, only a short walk away.
So close to Sorrento Sailing Club and Blairgowrie Yacht Club.

A full bed & bathroom linen package is provided with every booking. BYO Beach towels.

Great house, great spot, great setup. We had a wonderful time, being bused around by Designated Driver and experiencing the wineries, gin distillery and brewery. Our location was perfect and the house was ideal for what we wanted. A massive bonus was linen being provided!!

A terrific place to stay
Our fantastic weekend commenced with a perfect check-in process which was soon to be followed up by opening the front door of this amazing home, impeccably clean and superbly furnished and decorated. This is without doubt one of the best placed we have stayed at within the area. Thanks to Beach House Rentals too who made everything so easy.

Beautiful spacious house with modern facilities.
Especially loved the huge bathrooms and fire place. The place was clean and bright. The kids loved their huge room with own tv. The coffee machine was a great hit. Lovely quiet area for families.
