Good price and good hotel. Located near Lotte center and other metro stations. Near to Asan Medical Center who is attending courses or coming to Asan Medical center for other reasons. Near to local restaurants and nice parks around here.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to many restaurants and bars. Within five minutes walk of Seokchon Lake and Lotte Tower and close to Olympic Park and several train stations. Room was small but functional with great bathroom and clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Our only gripe was lack of storage space but we had chosen the most basic room. It was also very mild weather and the room was hot. AC wasn’t working (it’s controlled by management and wasn’t turned on) so we had to leave the window open permanently.

A bit hard to find but once you are familiar with the city area you realize it is a great location. Excellent modern hotel, great bed

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff kind, though quite reserved. It was very convenient to have a fridge and kettle in the room. The only negative thing I can really say is that it was quite hard to find on foot, which was how we arrived. I forgot something on departure, and the staff very kindly agreed to mail it to my friend. If I were in the area again, I would definitely stay there.

I had a great stay at the Delight hotel. The hotel is more geared towards business travelers than tourists, so not many amenities. However it was clean, the staff were lovely and the location was great. A lot of really good options for dinner!

Sits in the middle of an area filled with bars and local food (not chains). A 5 minute walk from a major shopping mall. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small and minimal, but you'll be spending all your time out and about, anyway.

Actual hotel rooms do not look as good as photos but it is acceptable. Rooms are dated with stained tissue boxes but sheets and pillows are clean. No funky smell so that's great but sound insulation is poor. One major incident for my stay was that the housekeeper kept my door unlocked (!!!) after housekeeping and I returned to an unlocked room door. Scary but thankfully I had brought all my valuables with me out. Can improve on this aspect.

Value for money.
Very small hotel and only 1 lift to serve up to 10th floor. My room was not clean properly as I need to bring diwn the 2 cups to exchange at the reception plus I still saw some hairs on the bed n pillow. Totally dislike the plastic mattress protector as it is so uncomfortable to sleep on it even bedsheet over it. Location walkable to lotte mall and train station about 7mins. Tons of good food around is the only plus point for me. Staffs are friendly and helpful especially Mr Oh which help me to connect my transport service for my last day to airport.

It’s a good price if you’re trying to budget your trip. My room was often humid and the air con didn’t work, I think the remote was broken.The enclosed toilet area smelt a bit funky but at least there’s a nice heated toilet and bidet. The room itself is clean and the housekeeper is very nice and she does a lot for her age so I’m not giving her any negative feedback. If you run into her or another cleaner in the hallway just make hand gestures for ‘no’ and speak broken Korean about how you don’t want your room cleaned (if that’s the case) because they’ll double check with you. Also if you get your room cleaned the water bottles in your fridge get refilled so the free water was nice. Keep in mind that this hotel is in an alley way (but at least transport is close, near two subways) where a lot of young couples go to get away. Located in the heart of a night/food market with great pub choices. The sewage can sometimes be smelled so that was a little bit of a downside. Sound proofing for the outside is good but inside…I was woken up a few times, thin walls I guess. Netflix is on the TV and Korean Netflix has great variety. They also have bikes that you can use for free (2 of them), which is nice for exploring. Staff’s kind and made an effort to understand/communicate past the language barrier. Overall a solid 7.5/10 stay 👍.

객관적 리뷰.
비지니스차 잠실에 머물러야했고, 주변 호텔들과 비교 했을때 등급과 리뷰보고 딜라이트 호텔을 선택했습니다. 일단 사진과는 다르게 방이 아주 작고, 화장실과 방을 나누는 문이 없습니다. 그리고 화장실에는 창문이 없기 때문에 화장실에서 발생되는 물 비린 냄세가 아주 심합니다. 여기까지는 방의 구조상 어쩔수 없는 부분이라 이해 한다고 해도, 전화기에 끼어 있는 먼지들, 책상 위에 묵은 먼지들은 관리 소홀이라 밖에 볼 수 없었습니다. 처음 배정받은 방의 상태가 가히 몇분도 있기 어려운 냄세와 청결 상태라 방을 교체해 주셨지만, 프론트의 호텔리어 직원분께서 그렇게 커스터머 서비스가 좋았다고 말하기는 어렵습니다. 잠실에서 꼭 머물러야 했던 이유가 아니라면 다시는 선택하지 않을 것 같습니다.

Great hotel for the price. I had events at the Lotte Convention Centre and this hotel was exactly what I needed to sleep, have a warm shower and relax in the evenings. Room was small as expected. Shower tiny, and the design was that having a shower meant the entire bathroom got wet. Shower doors were translucent/partially see tinted (not frosted) glass. Bed was comfortable. I could not regulate the temperature in the room, it was a hot 27 degrees all the time, which was great when it was 0degrees outside, but it meant I would wake up drenched in sweat overnight. Location was good. It is called 'Delight Hotel' not 'Jamsil Delight Hotel'. Located close to the Jamsil Subway Station Exit 10. Located on a street with heaps of food overnight. Multiple coffee options around the corner for a morning brew. Wifi reliable. Felt safe.

The hanger on the clothes rack was broken and the shower holder. They wouldn’t put my bags inside and left it out in the lobby when I couldn’t check in early. The location was great, five min walk to subway. Staff wasn’t that friendly. These rooms are more designed for short time stay, wouldn’t recommend it if your looking to long term stay. They did give you a cell phone to use while you stayed in the hotel, never been in a hotel that offered that which was a huge plus.

Cozy stay with food streets nearby & Handy Phone!
Close to lotte World and there is a couple of food streets with abundance of local food to try. Place was cosy and comfortable with good heating system for the winter. 10 mins walk towards metro and close vicinity to take KAL limousine to Incheon Airport / other parts of Seoul (KAL ticketing station at Hotel Lotte World). They have a lovely lobby as well! Lastly they provide you a handy phone that you can bring around during your stay! Good... Will revisit again!
