Location couldn't be better. Close to high end shops and loads of places to eat and drink (underground warren if places to eat that needs to be seen) Rooms are immaculate, small but well kitted out with all accessories you need for a short stay. Breakfast is good but could be varieda bit. Coffee excellent. All in all I would happily come back to this hotel next time I visit.

Excellent place for a short stay. I stayed for 10 nights but recommend it for shorter stays. The room service was excellent, especially Tammy, who was always on top of things. She ensured our rooms were clean, tidy, and greeted us with a smile whenever we saw her. Self-check-in was a bit of a mixed experience as a staff member was always there to explain and operate the kiosk, leaving us with little chance to do it ourselves. While I'm sure everyone found that helpful, I would have preferred to do it myself. Nevertheless, the staff was kind and very helpful, which made the stay much better. The "Kommunity" Kitchen on level 10 was a bit expensive compared to the food options available at nearby food courts (e.g., ION and Lucky), but the service and food quality were really good. I highly recommend the queen room over the executive room with the balcony for two, as there's only a small size difference between them. We hardly used the balcony as it was scorching hot outside and there was no seating available.

The room is clean .Bedsheets change everyday.The hotel is walking distance to MRT so me and my nieces get around Singapore pretty good. We stayed for 7 days and we enjoyed our stay and wil highly recommend this to my friend. Looking forward to staying again in the near future

The hotel is well located in the heart of the shopping belt and walking distance to Orchard road. Room is pathetically small and doesnt even have room to open up a large size lugguage. Aircon seems to fix at 24 degree. I have a pain in the neck when sleeping on the pillows as it doesn't supports the neck so waking up tired and sometimes headache. Comfort experience is one of the worst I had ever stayed in.

The room is very small for family with kid, even we only have 1 kid. its more suitable for couple/single traveller. The bed was super comfortable, convenient to walk to shopping centre, MRT. Staff service was good. Self check in and out which was much easier for guest.

Great place to stay for a couple of nights, shops, eateries and public transport on your doorstep. Room very cosy but comfy bed and great shower. Would stay here again

Yotel concept is based around small rooms, I knew this before I booked however I was not really prepared for how small the room really was. This was a business trip for 3 nights , while the room would have been fine for 1 night stay it was just too small for a longer stay. The floor space around the bed was minimal before storing luggage on the floor after is virtually no existent. Wass basin is basically next too the bed , no desk space and the in room ironing facility unusable. great breakfast spread and nice bar /restaurant area.

Airport bus 36 takes you right to YOTEL. Lots of shopping in area and feels very safe. Metro or buses can take you to marina bay etc within 15mins

Check in is bit unconventional, you can self check in at one of the counter but it is simple enough and the staff were there to assist us when we had a bit of issue. Room clean and nice city view, location right at Orchard road. 5-10 mins walk from MRT. Food option were great.

Location is great close to high end stores and lots of eateries. The room is tight and more suitable for young people who can climb up for the extra twin bed. Easy to walk around or hop on the bus or the MRT.

Pros: Smooth check-in, good location. Cons: small room, the hotel front not easy to find that I need to walk through a small dark stairs to get into the hotel front, weird but if you drive, it should be fine.

The rooms were the tiniest ever. We weee hoping for a spacious room as the other 5 star hotels in Singapore. There was hardly any room to turn o round. So you can imagine there was no room at all for luggage. No windows in the rooms. Bathrooms window served as the room window. It was conveniently located. Easy access to shopping. But the very very very compact rooms put us off.
