Best stay we’ve had and we’ve been to a lot! Highly recommend it for a full vacation experience from a very attentive and friendly staff that pays attention to the smallest detail that might make you happier to the beautiful grounds and top notch cleanliness. We enjoyed our stay so much we wanna go back to Singapore that is 22 hours away flying !

This property us a stunning former Post Office which has been transformed into a stunning hotel with unique views and luxurious accommodation . The good is also outstanding.

There were some cleanliness issues with our bathroom that were remedied quickly with the assistance and personal involvement of management staff that demonstrated the quality of the service and care provided by this hotel.

Second stay at The Fullerton, just as happy this time around. A little glitch with our reservation-we had made a change through Expedia and somehow the booking was “lost” - fortunately, the hotel still had rooms and the hotel agent was able to get us a room and honour the Expedia rate as we had all the documentation. Room was beautiful, clean and spacious-very comfy bed and pillows. Restaurant was great for breakfast and lunch. Very much enjoyed our stay and appreciate the representatives help with resolving the reservation issue - thank you!

Great facilities/location, need humidity control
Fantastic location in a beautiful historical building. Room was very comfortable, but had a strong smell associated with excessive humidity, which the staff tried to mitigate with odor spray and dehumidifier. Although our room was on the 5th floor, our balcony was enclosed on all sides by an 8 feet tall wall.

Service in style
Exceptional service from start to finish. The straits club was refined and elegant, while also managing to be warm and welcoming. One of the best clubs I’ve experienced. The staff were of the highest quality and the amenities were generous and numerous. The building itself is a masterpiece of architecture and the infinity pool overlooking the river and skyline is the cherry on top. One of my all time favourite hotel experiences.
