I didn’t like that there was no thermostat in the room to manually adjust the temperature in the room. $45 for a breakfast buffet was totally unjustified

Place was clean and amazing. Swimming pool was fun and my son enjoyed playing in the sand. Would definitely recommend. Amenities wise, things perhaps could be slightly better with hotel restaurants/cafes. Wish that there was also a shortcut to RWS instead of having to walk about 7mins. Overall experience was positive and would definitely come back when able.

I would say the price doesn’t match what’s offered. Food in the Hard Rock Cafe is limited, tasteless and overpriced. Hotel needs a revamp and is tired. Bathroom had mould and we booked a room for three people and only had one bed , we were told at the front desk there was a pull out bed but there wasn’t . Over $500 a night and it’s not really worth it

Average experience
The good: reception and room service were prompt and staff tried their best to accommodate our requests. The pool was very good for kids, there was a sand beach section, water spray section, slide, etc. Our room had a good window view looking out across to Vivo city, the cable cars, monorail and to the left we could even see dolphins at Dolphin Island! This was highly entertaining for our toddler. The bad: very limited facilities and food options if you have young kids. There is basically only 1 breakfast venue (which doesn’t serve lunch or dinner) and 1 bar/restaurant which doesn’t look very suitable for toddlers. Room service is very expensive and quite limited in selection. The only facility for kids was the pool and unfortunately it rained a lot during our stay. There wasn’t any playground or kids club to entertain children. We ended up leaving the hotel a lot for entertainment and meals. Overall the hotel feels slightly run down. The lighting in the room was extremely dim. There was only 1 small downlight in the toilet at the sink.

- housekeeping refused to assist on basis that it is not her room to help - bedroom slippers were dirty and requested for a change. But, this had to be complained at front desk as no one came for replacement. Front desk was kind to assist almost immediately - tv remote controller kept malfunctioning

Extremely expensive for a cheap room. Common area are loud and lifeless. There much better hotel closer to the tram. The hard rock brand is dying, why pay 3X for it . I hope Jayzee starts a hip hop Hotel version . Stayed at the Westin the next night and renewed my faith .

The hotel room was nice and clean, checkin and assistance was great. However there are very limited dining facilities or places to get food or even bottled water onsite. One buffet restaurant and one bar. To get quick snacks or drinks/bottled water you needed to head to another hotel or Resort World location. Usually had to head back to the Universal studios area with all the food places or 7 eleven. Really could do with some vending machines on-site. Relaxing by the pool there was no one that came to take a drinks order although a limited swim up bar was available. Such a different experience to staying at Universal or Disney resorts in USA. Overall the price of the stay seemed a little high for the room and lack of resort facilities.

Nice stay but service needs improvement
We had a 3D2N stay and the room was not tidied or cleaned once even though we had put up the room service sign. But overall the hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Room was spacious and cosy for couple stay.

If you have children this is the perfect place to stay. Walking distance to universal studios, Aquarium, and water park. The monorail is also in walking distance which basically takes you around the island and a large shopping centre vivo city. The rooms are nice, no mini bar which is ok for me.

Lots of things to do in the area, including of course Resorts World and Universal Studios, and transportation is very easy. There is a free shuttle to other places in the area. The hotel itself is clean and the room very comfortable. Definitely a place to visit again!

Our first time in Singapore and the hotel staff were really friendly and went over the top to help us out with anything we needed. Hotel was clean and the rooms were great for our family. We would definitely stay there again.

Close to all the Sentosa attractions. The breakfast was appalling and overpriced, especially for the quality and lack of range. Not worth it when there are many other options nearby. No staff or services when at the pool and long waits for any food or drinks - perhaps a residual affect from covid but hopefully improves soon. We had 4 in our room and had to remind them every time to bring 4 towels not 2 when replacing.

Disappointing hotel. We went for a conference at resorts world, the only positive really was that it was right by there. Every time I contacted reception for a taxi, by the time I came down, they wouldn't have ordered one, or pretend they had no idea I ordered one.. This happened twice a day for 3 days.. Also, Roomservice last order is 9:30pm? This was extremely disappointing as we arrived at that time and were starving after a long day of travel. Breakfast was below average. Would not stay again.

Very nice hotel, but it is expected for the price you pay. Only cons is the walk to get water especially when your room is located at the end of the corridor. Apart from that the stay was very nice.
