The only thing that they can improve on is the dining experience for breakfast.. some strange choices of food for breakfast.. and things need to be hotter if they’re meant to be eaten hot!!

Had to change room as original room booked not available - breakfast offered as compensation which was appreciated. Shampoo and soap empty and reported this after having a shower. Staff not very welcoming. Hotel in great location offset all this.

The Good - Room was a decent size with firm bed and comfy chaise - Though slightly older, the room was generally in pretty good condition - Staff are very friendly & professional - Room had a cute porch - Room has decent sound suppression The Bad - Lobby has a powerful car-freshener-like scent about it. Need to get rid of whatever is causing that smell. Same smell also went into elevators. Thankfully the room levels had fresh air. - Safe was large, but not actually bolted to the wall.

Pros: location. Cons: Very slow check in staff questioned room rate extension period booked through Expedia. Our bags were delivered to the wrong room by the porter it was only an intervention by myself that reunited us with our cases. The hotel feels a little dated compared with previous stays.

I like the bus to Sentosa stops 20 metres from the hotel, easy walking distance to Clarke Quay and Robertson Quay with great food and entertainment. One negative comment is, the bathrooms need to be updated, I did not like standing in a bath when I am having a shower.

Upon checked, I found out that there was no hot water in the sink and shower. Before I went out, I told the concierge to fix it or move me to another room. When I came back, I asked whether it has been fixed? He said yes. Then I went to the room and found out that there was no hot water. I called the front desk many times and no one pick up the phone. I had to come down and told them the issue again. I asked maintenance to come to my room this time. Maintenance came and showed me "how to turn on the water valve". I said the problem is not that I do not know how the valve works, but there was no hot water. Something broken in the inside. Long story short, they moved me to a higher floor room and facing the main street. A better view. Yet, still the same old, musty, smelly carpet and dated fixtures. This hotel is poor and the front desk are lazy. To pay $160/ night for crappy service and dirty room? This hotel spent zero customer service and zero maintenance on their facilities.

Staffs here are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice and not crowded. Accessible to MRT through buses and the bus station just right in front of the hotel and Mirama hotel. Taking bus no. 123 is convenient.

Bar needs more staff
I like to have a cold beer and a little food when I arrive at my hotel. The bar was very understaffed the tables filled with dirty glasses. Finally left after being ignored for ever. Room service mediocre burger mediocre. The delivery was friendly and quick. Room nice cool with clean remodeled bathroom.
