Escape to the coast in this cosy apartment, just a stone's throw to the pristine waters of Shoal Bay Beach and its row of waterfront cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops. This unit is in an ideal position for the family who love the beach for swimming and fishing and who enjoy bushwalks, as it only a 10-minute walk to the base of Tomaree Mountain.

An easy 100m stroll to the end of this quiet street will take you to the soft white sands and calm waters of this beautiful stretch of the Port Stephens coastline. Turn left and explore the bushland and walking tracks through Anzac Park, or head 500m along the foreshore in the other direction to enjoy a meal at one of the cafes or the popular Shoal Bay Country Club.

This quaint 2-bedroom ground floor unit is located right side of complex and leads out to the beautiful shared garden. Outdoor furniture provides a lovely place to sit and watch the kids play on the grassed area. This unit is perfect for a family of four.

It is fully self-contained with open plan kitchen, dining and living with TV and DVD player, and includes Wifi. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, and guests have access to a shared laundry and shared gas BBQ.
