"The Mount Fuji view rooms are beautiful! Waking up to Mount Fuji view from the window looks like it’s an art piece in the room! Walkable distance to Gotemba Outlet with lots of shopping and dining options. Hotel is able to send luggage from Clad to Tokyo or any part of Japan. 👍 free public and paid private onsen bath for hotel guests. Highly recommend!"

"Our room is great with panorama Fuji view. Staff are all very nice with a great service mind. Huge selection of reakfast buffet. You can see a big Fuji at the breakfast restaurant. Very close to Fuji Q amusement park but not so convenience to go to Fuji sightseeing areas as it's quite far. Overall recommended! "

"Great place the complimentary amenities were amazing but grab them whilst you can otherwise you won’t be able to take them. It had bath salt and facial masks. We drove the bed was spacious and I had the view of mt Fuji. I would however find it hard if walking as I could see people tiredly pushing their luggage up a little hill. The breakfast like others said are simple but I liked it. Nice and clean great English with the staff. Loved it thank you "
