Wasted potential
This hotel has such a great design and so much potential to be great. Instead they've let it get run down and dirty. The staff were very helpful, even calling my room to let me know something I wanted to do was closed on Monday. They took the initiative to look it up and let me know when I didn't even really ask. Very thoughtful. On the down side, there were 3 big hairs in different spots on the sink and tub, and the drain was broken on the sink. Every wall was dirty with spots that could be cleaned but never have been. Besides the hairs it looked at least superficially clean on the surfaces and bedding. It was not expensive, so I guess I got what I paid for. I wish they would give this hotel a little TLC. The rooms are as pictured, very cute, but not kept up. The location was great. I enjoyed my jogs in the Olympic park and the Lake around Lotte World. Also there's a great dining alley nearby with awesome restaurant choices. The location plus the price plus the good service might make me consider staying there again, but I'd probably give someone else a try first.

I really like the location and amenities. It is 5 min away for both line 8 and 9. Line makes it easy to reach from the Express Bus Terminal. It's also a 20 min walk from Lotte World mall with dozens of restaurants between the hotel and there.

This hotel is so nice! Aside from the room being nice, the fabrics in the robes, towels, and bedding were nice. Not the cheap itchy type. The bathroom was also very nice with a large tub and 2 types of shower heads. I was also able to check in nearly an hour early without causing too much trouble. It was really a nice place to stay. I plan to return.

Great location
Great location next to Olympic Park and Lotte Tower. Plenty to eat in that area and close to two subway lines. Gum is fantastic but the bed is a little hard.

Check in/out was super quick and easy. The rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were a little hard but thats normal here in South Korea. Just something you will have to get used to.

I loved it and I would recommend it to all.
This hotel has an excellent modern design and so unique. The spaces are used so wisely and everything blends so nicely together. It has a very good fitness center, and the rooms are so quite. Every thing in the room is controlled by one remote controller and it’s very near a food and restaurants area.

Minutes away from great Song-pa entertainment
Goods: 1) Polite staff. Immediate service. Quick check-in/out. 2) Coffee (espresso and Americano) and water station in the lobby 3) Comfortable bed and quiet room. 4) Electronic light and temperature controls 5) Toiletries, bath room, and complimentary water, sparking water, and coffee in the refrigerator. 6) Near a lot of great restaurants, singing rooms, bars/pubs, and Lotte World Bads) 1) Shower as a small sewage smell. 2) Large main mirror covers up a window. My room had a broken one so cold air came in. 3) No shower curtain, so water gets all over the place.

Excellent Place for the price!
The overall quality of this place was excellent. The room was clean and neat. Free computer and the internet access was useful. And the staff was very professional and polite. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to this area.

The staff were nice and the service is just great. The room is clean and the hotel cafe serves good food. Awesome location just a minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Would gladly stay here again.

A diamond in the rough
This was a lovely hotel in an up and coming area. It has just opened (2016 summer) and I was very wary when we got out at the nearest tube station because the area isn't great and there is a smell (which actually pervades most of the city). However, once we were inside the hotel it was very nice. Modern and stylish and with little Korean quirks (soft shoes for wearing into the bedroom, wet room with sink outside bathroom). The staff were polite, and although they didn't speak a lot of English they tried very hard to communicate using translation apps etc. and were always willing to help. The room was great, although the control panel (little electronic screen for controlling lights/temperature/parking etc.) was on the blink and we could never get the air conditioning to reduce the temperature below 26 degrees so didn't sleep well. It was lovely and clean, had nice bath products and complimentary bottled water and tea, plus a kettle and a few other beverages were available. It has no dining/spa or common area, but it is ideal if you just want somewhere nice to crash between sightseeing on holiday. Overall, good value for the price we paid, very pleasant decor/lighting modern and comfortable, lots of mirrors and we were very happy with our stay.

Great Hotel
The people working at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was nicer than expected besides the shower not having a door and the floors being a little sandy, the beds and everything else was very nice and comfortable.

Bathtub was broken/ water leaking out, toilet seat broken, interior broken, bathroom sink was broken and fixed with tape, everything was dirty(literally dirt up to the ceiling!!), no full shower gel when we checked in, hair and trash from other guests left behind, beds were uncomfortable and felt like a plastic plane, lobby smells disgusting sometimes.

コンサート会場に非常に近か良かった。 近所に複数のコンビニもあり、 また朝食は１日は韓国風、２日目はミニハンバーグ他だった。 フリーのコーヒーは同価格帯で比べると一番美味しい中に入る。利用者が多く新鮮な豆なのだろうと、感じた。

직원분이 친절하게 응대해주신 점은 좋았습니다. 하지만 방에서 오래 밴듯한 담배냄새가 났고 화장실 바닥에 사용한 일회용 칫솔과 버려진 가격표 택 등이 그냥 방치되어 있었습니다. 드라이기를 보관하는 용도의 천도 따로 분리되어 옆에 놓여져 있었어요. 샤워기도 많이 낡은 듯 하여 교체해주시면 더 좋을 것 같습니다. 전반적인 방 컨디션은 좋지 않았습니다.

細かい事を言うようですが、まず使っていなかったのかもしれませんが、タオルを置いてある物、マグカップの上のコースター？、歯ブラシなどが入っている入れ物など、ホコリが凄く使う気になれませんでした。シャワー室も端っこ上の方にホコリ、蜘蛛の巣があり気持ち悪かったです。フロントの方の対応はとても良く、チェックイン・チェックアウトは凄くスムーズでした。なのでとても残念です。タオルなどもボロボロで雑巾のようでした……。もう利用する事はないと思います。

프론트만 좋아요
WiFi가ㅡ너~무 느려요. 영상은 아예 플레이가 안되고, 일반 웹페이지도 느려서 답답해 죽어요. 요즘 WiFi 5G가 안되는 곳은 처음. 그나마 모든 객실에 있지 않아서 옆방꺼나 윗층꺼 당겨써야하네요. 출장객이나 OTT이용자는 다른 곳으로... 프론트는 참 친절하고 좋았어요

청소가 잘 안되어있었음...
체크아웃 하던 날 알게 되었는데 샤워부스의 어메니티 위에 사용한 칫솔이 놓여 있었습니다. 그 전날에는 자세히 보지 못했었는데 조금 놀랐어요.
