The pool area makes the hotel with 3 infinity pools. The rooms are good but not amazing. The sunsets in the evening looking over to Bali are stunning. The restaurants at very good especially Nooq and the service from the staff is excellent. Only a pound in a taxi to Sengiggi.
The hotel is unique with different style rooms according to budget but all beautifully decorated either in typical Indonesian style or in a more modern style. The staff go out of their way to ensure your every need is met and always greet you by name. Very friendly and comfortable with a lovely pool and the sea and beach on your doorstep. The restaurant also serves excellent food and we loved the fact the owner gives so much back to the local community
Kebun resort is a great place. Went with 8 other friends for some R&R after Rinjani. Nice clean place, pool in front of the rooms, quiet, friendly staff.
We took 4 rooms - 2 triples and 2 doubles. Stayed 3 days, 2 nights. We were greeted by the staff at the lobby who took care of our bags and gave us a welcome drink.
Expedia check-in was a breeze. We managed to check in without me being there as I was a bit late. Well done Expedia there.
For those who like birds, there were 3 pet guinea fowl that wander freely around the resort (lock your doors!!)

We checked in late as we were from Mt Rinjani. Extremely drained out from the strenuous trekking session and all we wanted was a hot shower and comfortable bed to sleep. To our surprise, we were rewarded with a free upgrade to a sea view bungalow and near to the main lobby.
The room was spacious and the sight of the bed was simply enticing. We then headed out to a in house restaurant for our dinner at the beach, couldnt recall the name but the food was good.
Breakfast spread was alright and then after we head for our well deserved massage which was close to our bungalow. We had to settle with a hour massage as were were checking out soon. I would recommend their massages and it was well worth the price despite the 21% gst charge. 2 thumbs up for the 2 petite ladies!
Following that we walk by the beaches which was quite a stretch. it was simply relaxing enjoying the calming view of the sea and enjoying the morning breeze.
I just wished to have stayed longer. Other than that I am a happy traveler.

Luxury, bliss, romance. We stayed here for the first few days of our honeymoon tour of Indonesia and what treatment we received! We received a complementary honeymoon cake when we arrived, it was lovely. The hotel is beautiful, clean and romantic! Great view of the ocean and our villa was spacious with a great outdoor bathroom. The key word to this hotel is 'relaxing'. The staff are the best catering staff we've ever experienced, so polite and helpful but not at the detriment to their personalities, the perfect mix!
The only downside is that the sea is not swimmable as it is full of coral but with a brilliant pool by the beach I didn't mind! We had a wonderful stay here, thank you especially to the wonderful staff!
Senggigi is one of Lombok's main tourist destinations, with a heavy concentration of hotels, bars, and restaurants for any budget. The region is a good launching point for nearby activities, such as water sports on the beach, scenic tours, or trips to a nearby Hindu temple, like Pura Batu Bolong. Getting around is easy--just flag down a bemo (a pick-up truck with benches in the back).
