This is an amazing hotel with a beautiful outlook onto the sea and Bali in the distance. The staff was extremely good in all ways, very attentive (eg providing iced water by the pool without being asked) and the food was excellent. We were there to relax, and that is exactly what we did.
Located on a quiet part of Senggigi with its own beach, this is a relatively small resort but has a very cosy ambience. Its landscape is top class with beautifully designed rooms in a traditional Indonesian theme. Its cleanliness is second to none.
We stayed at this little paradise last week for 5 days. It was our second visit in two years. Like the first, the whole experience had been nothing short of incredible! In fact, this time was even better as it felt like home coming. Most of the staff remembered us from our first visit!
Beautiful surrounding, heartfelt warm welcome, DELICIOUS food, SUPER friendly staff, first-class service, big clean swimming pool, clear blue sea, close distance to Gili Islands are just some of the many qualities of this beach front resort.
Kayaking is available from the resort and surfing lesson is available just next to the resort on the beach. We saw turtles while kayaking!
A HUGE SHOUT OUT to the amazing kitchen and serving teams led by the remarkable Chef Juandi.
Having dinner under the stars by the deck overlooking Mt Agung was pure bliss!
We also enjoyed the quartet during dinner. They were so lively, talented and engaging!
The sincere willingness in acceding to all our requests, especially when it came to food, exemplified the excellent service the staff of Sudamala Senggigi provided during our wonderful holiday.
Mr Gusti, thank you for yet another unforgettable wonderful experience. We were more than very well taken care of.
Air conditionning made a lot of noise
The staff recommended to us the worst boat compagny that tried in Indonesia (Wahana) ; it's not safe, too hot in boat, a lot of people for this small boat....

The lovely Kebun Villas & Resort is a Senggigi 4 star hotel that is ideal for a memorable Lombok holiday in Indonesia …More
Though it was a 1.5hr taxi ride to the villa, we were compensated with amazing hospitality. The front desk ladies & gentlemen were just polite and always ready to share tips on things to do or see in Lombok. Our purpose was to relax away from city life for the weekend and it was exactly and even more than we expected. We got lucky with an ocean view upgrade (Room 310) and it was just beautiful. Will definitely come back again. Thank you Living Asia!
"A great hotel to stay if on your way to Gili...."
The staff were very helpful and the location is just outside Sengigi offering a peaceful haven from the sound of traffic. Truly wonderful space to relax and shed baggage from busy London. The spa is a must and the food was excellent. Breakfast with a view not to be missed....soak up the sounds of nature and smell the blossoms :)
My wife and I spent 6 amazing night at this beautiful boutique resort in Lombok! The sunset views were magnificent! The breakfast, lunch and dinners were delicious! The pool and beach were relaxing!! Drinks at the bar were super special and the amazing people at the hotel worked so hard to make everything perfect for us! We had to thanks them all to made our trip so special! Everything was sensational!
I visited this hotel alone and was made to feel very safe and welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful and the views and sunset are particularly delightful. The restaurant was brilliant, with a good selection of Indonesian and western dishes and very reasonably priced considering the calibre of both the food and hotel. This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in.
Senggigi is one of Lombok's main tourist destinations, with a heavy concentration of hotels, bars, and restaurants for any budget. The region is a good launching point for nearby activities, such as water sports on the beach, scenic tours, or trips to a nearby Hindu temple, like Pura Batu Bolong. Getting around is easy--just flag down a bemo (a pick-up truck with benches in the back).
