Service is amazing. So helpful. Water is not hot enough though—i like it scalding hot. Great pool view, great pool. Comfortable and amazing location.

This property is definitely not a 4*. More like 2/3* at best. Amazing location, everything you need within 5 minute walk but about the hotel… wifi is horrendous, shower was broken and sprayed the whole bathroom making it a flash flood every time you showered. Our room didn’t get cleaned a couple days even though we asked and put the sign on the door, rooms are not soundproof one bit can hear everything and anything from outside. Overall location is 10/10 but hotel is no where near a 4*, the place needs an update and there’s nothing special about it one bit, no amazing staff qualities, nothing stood out just a average 2* hotel.

The building was being repainted. The painters were causing old paint flakes to fall into the pool. It was unusable. After speaking with the front desk the painters put a tarp over the pool which helped with their clean up but still made the pool unusable until the evening. Also, the room smelled heavily of mold and mildew.

Horrendous! Avoid at all costs
The pictures are incredibly misleading. The hotel is in awful condition, the room I was in shouldn’t have been sold: bathroom and shower were covered in water deposits to the point of water going in directions it shouldn’t, the wallpaper was peeling/ coming off the wall and the room ceiling was covered in black mould. When the AC was off, smell of sewage was coming into the room: I have never stayed in a more horrible place in my life!

The hotel is situated about 7 minutes' walk to Seminyak Square and about 5 minutes walk from Petitenger Beach. The downside is that its next door to a night club and the noise goes on until around 2am, not just the music but the constant horns from cars snd mopeds as well as people shouting.

Very cold rooms with little sun on pool area.
Was freezing in room as fan needs to constantly be on otherwise whole room is soaked due to humidity!! Very strange and unusual. I complained and they gave me another room on other side of hotel where it had humidifiers in corridor. Something very strange about the design of hotel, when 1 half is too wet and other side is too dry? Pool very cold and small. Only gets sun for 2 hours in morning. I didn't enjoy the busy very loud area with lots of scooters and constant hassle of buying stuff, scooter rides. It is next to a night club, I have ear plugs so didn't hear, but best to be warned. Breakfast was good and catered for different tastes. Staff very nice

Below average hotel, amazing price and location
This hotel has an amazing location and the price is awesome. But unfortunately you get what you pay for. Our room had no window and the ‘king bed’ was two twins pushed together. The pillows were crazy thick so I woke up with a crick in my neck. And the shower head sprays in every direction. Nevertheless, I’ll probably be back cuz I can’t pass up a good deal on a hotel so close to the beach. And the staff was very friendly!

First time staying at d'Primahotel and will definitely be back. Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. A big shout out to Indah at reception also who allowed us to swap rooms to a balcony overlooking the pool. Great breakfast and dining options and the pool area is well maintained and totally relaxing. Can't wait to come back next year. Thanks for everything guys!

First night they had me in a room which is adjacent to Mexicola Hotel. It was awful. The music which could be heard in my room was louder than the TV. This went until 1am. I phoned reception and they knew exactly what the problem was and thankfully were able to change me to a quite room the next day. Bed and pillows comfortable. Room and public areas clean. Staff very friendly.

Nice place but noisy
Budget hotel but really clean rooms, great service. Friendly staff. If you want peace and quiet though, it is next door to mexicola night club so it’s very loud in the rooms.

The staff here were great from start to finish! The hotel itself a little older/worn that what the images depict and a little loud in the early morning. The location is ideally located within walking distance to most things, but be prepared for some late night music next door. The breakfast buffet was also great with a lot of options to start your day. Overall, a good price/location if you know what to expect.

This hotel has probably seen better days, and it is in need of refurbishment. The furniture is outdated and barely holding together, and the bathroom elements are rusty. Nevertheless, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect near the beach, and within walking distance from restaurants and shopping.

It’s too bad I cannot review Expedia as well because they dropped the ball and I will not be using their service again. I paid for a pool access room - the only issue is there was no pool during my 2 day trip. The hotel and also Expedia would not offer any partial credit. Additionally, my shower handle broke, my water pressure was off the charts with half the water spraying the wall and half hitting me. The water was like warm at best which was fine since it’s hot. The refrigerator was also busted and the lights would flicker when left on. This was one of the absolute worst experiences for a two day stay I’ve ever had. The bedding was average at best, and if you need comfort I highly suggest against this place. I’ve stayed in hostels that were more comfortable. Do not stay here until they remodel the establishment trust me on this!!! Similar price hotels all in the area. Rooms are also extremely tiny. I’d give this zero starts but hotel staff was friendly, so I will upgrade to 2 stars. Management refused any refunds which is very bad business. Expedia wouldn’t refund as well. All I ask is to not be charged for a premium room if the features aren’t available. Also a working shower handle and water pressure would be nice.
