We have raised the issue to our management, and have called the police area and spoke with someone staying at the neighbor. As advised, we have some rules and policy in the complex area where people run business of properties to follow the rules especially in the hotels area to make sure all guests stay comfortable. Regarding the stains on the pillow case, we have relayed your concern to our housekeeping team, please apologies our mistake for this matter and hopefully the same will not happen again.
