"⭐ 1/5 – Terrible Experience, Avoid Booking Through Third Parties I booked this property through an online travel agency and arrived to find my reservation was not properly handled. I was left stranded late at night with no support and had to search for alternative accommodation entirely on my own. The stress and inconvenience of being turned away after a long journey was extremely upsetting. No assistance was offered to help me find a solution, and I had to sort everything myself in an unfamiliar city at night. I would strongly advise fellow travelers to confirm reservations directly with the hotel before arrival, especially if booking through a third-party platform. A very disappointing and distressing experience that I would not wish on any traveler."

"The hotel was Amazing breakfast was incredible speacialy Vanlapa who assisted us daily to make sure we were comfortable enough,the restaurant only the Indian restaurant was amazing the staff specially Karen and Suman were amazing..the hotel is massive so you can get lost the beach the sport facility the staff 5 star this hotel didn't get an amazing view else were but ive witnessed an excellent top rated hotel let's give 6 stars if we could coz 5 doesn't give it justice."

"This is not my first stay at W Muscat, and my previous experiences have generally been very positive. However, during this visit, the room service response time was noticeably slow, and in some instances, calls were not answered at all. The staff are usually exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and warm, which has always been one of the hotel’s strongest qualities. Unfortunately, this visit felt noticeably different in that regard. That said, the quality of the food remained very good, and the overall experience was still enjoyable."
