Sleeps 2 in the Historic District! Spacious Garden Level of 1875 Brick Townhouse in the heart of the Historic District on Beautiful East Jones Street. Walk to everything! Enjoy 700 square feet of patio space!

No stairs here, and also no step-down or basement feel to this beautiful ground floor 900 square foot one-bedroom apartment with updated kitchen & decor. Walking distance to anything in the Historic District. Situated between Forsyth Park (0.4 miles south of the house) and the River (0.7 miles north of the house) Jones Street is known as the prettiest street in Savannah.

Pets are not allowed in this listing, no exceptions

Bedroom has a King size bed. There is a 2nd flat screen tv in the bedroom which is totally separate from the Living Room for privacy. The bathroom is off of the kitchen.

Good Stay in Savannah

Property is located in great part of town and we throughly enjoyed our stay! VRBO did not have any hangers, limited shampoo and conditioner for guest use, and awful water pressure and temperature at times in the shower. Still would recommend the property to others visiting beautiful Savannah!

This superb apartment was in an ideal location, incredibly well maintained/outfitted, and a wonderful retreat after a day of walking, site seeing and dining.
