Villa Between Town and Forest – Peace and Authenticity in Sarlat

Located in a quiet residential area, this villa is the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday, close to the treasures of the Périgord Noir, such as the castles of Beynac, Castelnaud, La Roque-Gageac, and the Dordogne Valley. The historic center of Sarlat is just a 20–25 minute walk or a 5-minute drive away.



Enjoy the best of both town and nature with a private pool and outdoor spaces for relaxation, right on the edge of a forest. Spacious bedrooms and a large living area encourage rest and togetherness.



Spread over three levels, the house offers generous space and a warm atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area and living room, perfect for cooking and sharing meals. The cozy lounge features a beautiful original stone fireplace. Step directly onto the main terrace with a stone barbecue and dining area. The private pool (11x4 m), heated and open from May to October, with loungers, is ideal for unwinding after your outings. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, providing comfort and space for families or groups of friends.



Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge. Bath mats and tea towels are provided free of charge. End-of-stay cleaning is not charged, but you are asked to leave the property clean.



You have exclusive access to the house and pool. A small independent unit below is rented separately and has its own entrance. No spaces are shared. The house is not suitable for parties or events to ensure the peace of the neighborhood.
