The room was clean, friendly, family run business, information provided with all you need to know, close to transportation, restaurants, and shopping. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Simple but very clean in a good location. Room had lots of natural light. Room had a balcony with views of the church and sea, a fridge and small kitchenette area. Towels (provided) changed daily. Beach towels and hairdryer also provided. The studio is a very short, safe and easy walk to Black Beach (pack your sea shoes) and the bus terminal is next to the studio. Francesca was very helpful in promptly replying to my emails ahead of my arrival and shared her knowledge of the island including advice on bus timings and arranging transfers to hard to get to places without use of a hire car. The pool is better than how it looks on the website. Black beach is convenient for getting the small fishing boat to Kamari, a larger, more polished beach resort. Good area. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Plenty of ATMs, mini markets and souvenir shops. Highly recommend Letta Studios.

they have very deep pool that you can jump in and enjoy, breakfast was good too. Run by family i think. We had problem with our shower head she came and quickly fixed it. There is beach that you can walk to. I would come here again.

I was at Studio Letta with my wife and we were very disappointed . The room was very small and the cleaning was not everyday. Never came again.

Welcoming and clean
Amazing breakfast every day, lovely staff, and very cute accommodations and beachy area. I didn’t end up swimming in the pool, but it looked very clean and nice!

Letta Studio
Letta Studios is very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was good! The bed was good but squeaky! The room was spacious and decorated so cutely!! The porch was cute! It is right by Perissa/Black Sand Beach! There is a bus stop near by for public transportation. There is also tons of ATV rentala nearby. The studio is also very willing to help you with other means of transportation! We paid a cheaper price with them to get to the airport! The staff at Letta Studios were very kind and helpful!!! They make you breakfast, which is TOP NOTCH. The pool is clean and fun! Maria, a worker here is absolutely amazing and helpful and works so hard! This is a great place to stay in this part of Santorini!

Letta Studios goes above and beyond in customer service. It is a family run business that keeps true to their tradition of Greek hospitality. Our flight was delayed twice causing us to arrive at 1am. We were still greeted by Katerina who was waiting for us outside with a smile and a very warm welcome. The rooms are kept very clean, the views are beautiful, and breakfast is delicious and complementary. The only thing we would have liked to see is better WiFi, but on an island paradise with such a sweet family making you feel very well taken care of,

A basic stay
A dilapidated and unclean hotel room with basic facilities and a kitchen which left much to be desired. The daily housekeeping was poor and added little to each day. The location and surrounding area was excellent.

It was an extremely good value for the money. Family run. Very clean. The wifi was a bit spotty but for the price....I can not complain. The host went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and to help us.

A lovely small family run hotel. Swimming pool is delightful, the rooms are spacious & equipped with a small kitchenette & there's a large balcony or terrace. Peaceful and quiet with views of the mountains which were breathtaking. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, close to beach, with pool, friendly staff
The hotel is very close to Perissa beach and bus stop. It is clean and has a pool. The view of mountain, church is very nice. Letta and her daughters keep the place clean. They are very honest and hard walking people. Restaurants are nearby, but we also have a small kitchen for breakfast.

When I arrived to Letta Studios, the room that I was supposed to be staying in had not been cleaned and prepared yet, therefore I had to wait almost 3 hours before it was finally ready. The room that I stayed in was spacious, but the mattress was very uncomfortable and the washroom was small and old. There was a small tube television on the wall, but it only had a few Greek channels. There was no phone in the room and the Wifi did not work at all. What fustrated me the most was the fact that the manager's English is very limited and whenever I had an important question to ask her, she would tell me that she couldn't understand. Nevertheless she made sure that my room had fresh towels and sheets every morning. She even dropped me off at the airport on my last day free of charge. In my opinion, if you are looking for a hotel to merely keep your belongings and sleep in, then Letta Studios is the place for you. But if you care more about a comfortable place with services and a manager who speaks proper English, then this place is not for you. The two positive things I enjoyed about this hotel was the swimming pool and that fact that it was only 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants. I enjoyed Santorini very much and i would love to come back again...........but I would rather stay in another hotel.

Difficult to find
We arrived in the middle of the night with a rented car. No one knew where the hotel was. Finally we found an all night bakery who gave us directions, but we didn't find it until dawn when we could see the name of the hotel on the side of the building.

Super fijn verblijf gehad in Letta studios. Locatie is top: 2 minuten lopen van de bushalte en het strand. Elke dag een heerlijk ontbijt geserveerd met griekse yoghurt en brood. Lekker diep zwembad om in te verkoelen. Over het algemeen dus super tevreden. Enig minpuntje is een gordijn in de kamer die totaal niet verduisterd.

Tutte le foto nel sito corrispondono alla realtà. La struttura è gestita da una famiglia: nonna, figlia e genero e deliziata dalla dolce presenza di una buonissima e tenerissima nipotina di poco più di un mese e dell'affettuosa cagnolina. L'atmosfera è tranquilla e lontana dai rumori. Pulizia ovunque. Cambio biancheria giornaliero. Colazione servita al tavolo in quantità generose: caffè espresso (specificare espresso), toasts, pane, burro, marmellata, torta, uova sode, succo frutta ecc. completando con una ciotola di yogurt ed un altra di frutta fresca già tagliata. Disponibilità, gentilezza, informazioni e sorrisi per tutti gli ospiti. La struttura è vicinissima alla spiaggia, alla piazza, ai negozi e ristoranti, ai rent car...... pur restando in una zona molto silenziosa e tranquilla. E' stato un soggiorno perfetto

Angolo di tranquillità a Perissa
Pulita e ariosa, questa struttura nei tipici colori contrastanti della Grecia bianco e blu, si trova in posizione strategica nella zona di Perissa, area a sud dell'isola di Santorini. A pochi passi da negozi, ristoranti e dal lungomare, gli studios sono, però, ubicati in un angolo tranquillo e lontano a sufficienza dal trambusto vacanziero. A fare, inoltre, la differenza sono la gentilezza della proprietaria e del gestore e la piscina, plus da non sottovalutare visto che le spiagge e il fondale a Santorini possono non essere graditi e accessibili a tutti.Inoltre l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo costituisce un ulteriore elemento di interesse e vantaggio. Consiglio davvero.

Veldig fint
Hotellet ligger veldig nær den vakre stranden i Perissa (3 min å gå), samt restauranter og supermarked. Utrolig hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Ble kjørt til havnen av en av de ansatte etter utsjekk mot €10 per person, noe som var helt topp! De var også veldig behjelpelig med å bestille transfer til Thira, som kun kostet €25 totalt per vei. Rommet var veldig koselig og romslig (3 pers), og vi hadde rom nede ved bassenget. Veldig lite folk rundt bassenget, så det var ikke noe problemer med støy etc. Eneste minuset med hotellrommet må være at trykket og temperaturen i dusjen varierte veldig, og at vi måtte holde dusjhodet (var ikke montert feste i vegg). Det var heller ikke klor i bassengvannet (virket mer som det var "ferskvann"), noe som føltes litt uhygienisk. Vil likevel anbefale Letta Studios dersom dere vil bo i Perissa!

Ideale per un soggiorno a Santorini, a buon prezzo
Note positive: Punto strategico nella tranquilla Perissa, ad un passo dal mare. Collegamenti semplici e veloci con tutte le altre città (consiglio di affittare scooter per muoversi). Ampia e pulita piscina disponibile in struttura. Ambiente tranquillo e silenzioso sia di giorno ma ancor più la sera/notte. Massima cortesia dei proprietari, disponibili e sempre pronti ad ogni necessità. Da notare l'ospitalità (in generale) greca. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo anche in alta stagione. Unica piccola pecca, acqua corrente in casa troppo salata.

Chambre avec kitchenette conforme aux descriptions. Simple mais propre et la piscine est sympa. Les serviettes et les draps sont changés tous le jour ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas pour d'autres locations de ce type. Le personnel/proprio sympathique.
