It is my second time at this hotel with a great experience. I really like the location walking distance to metro station, grocery stores, mallls, banks. Hotel is located in a safe neighborhood. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.
The location is ecellent, a quiet, tree-lined suburban street, just two short blocks walk to the main street in Providencia. Lovely, small cafes and restaurants in surrounding streets. You don't feel as though you are in a big city...and yet you are.
The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. They have mini fridges, microwaves and some dishes. They have good wifi and the breakfast is o.k. They have safes in the room that lock but won't unlock, seems to be a longstanding problem that they don't warn you about. We had a nice flat screen t.v. but the cable didn't work so no channels to watch. They didn't have our reservation in their system when we showed up so after waiting an hour we asked the front desk to store our luggage while we went to lunch. We put our luggage in a room that appeared to have a lock (later found out the lock doesn't work so anyone can go in) and when we came back my husband's backpack was gone with his passport inside. He couldn't leave the country for 3 more days until he got an emergency passport because of them and they wanted to charge us double what we could reserve it for on Hotels.com. I asked for a hotel shuttle to be reserved at 2 pm and when I came down at 6pm to go to the airport the front desk guy said he forgot to reserve it so I had to take Uber instead. That's o.k., it was cheaper anyway.

Dear Guest,
First of all thank you for answer the quotation, second we apologize for the chain of mistakes, we will leave this message to the supervisor in order to check with his staff. About the cable the hotel has two control remotes one for power on the tv and the other control remote for changing the channels.
Best regards

Well located to restaurants, shopping, wonderful and friendly staff. Great breakfast included. I would stay here again on a future visit to Santiago.
King size room was a bit small but the location was great. Breakfast was awesome, and the front desk staff were friendly and informative. Would recommend.
The staff was exceptional. They made us feel that there was nothing we could request that they would not agree to or help us with. We were especially impressed with Frank, who made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
Gold Member with Hotels.com traveling with family. I am pleased with our stay in this safe, clean hotel. Lorena was very helpful & friendly. Location was excellent near San Sebastián University. Costanera Center was within walking distance. We would stay here again when we return to SCL.
Reasonably priced and quiet property with a very friendly staff. I chose this hotel because it was right next door to my friend's house. I was not disappointed. If I ever go back to Santiago, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Thank you for the score, we really appreciate that you choose us. We expect to see you in the future.

Great hotel, room was compact but alright for a one night stay and I was on my own. Just a little more attention to cleaning (there were a couple of bags left by previous visitors stuffed into shelves) and it would have been 5 stars. They made me a packed breakfast when I had to leave early.

Stayed here for five nights while visiting Santiago for the first time and we weren’t disappointed. First of all, the customer service was wonderful, and I can’t thank Frank Jimmy enough for all his help. Not speaking Spanish very well can be a struggle in South America, but Frank Jimmy and his staff went out of their way to help us. With that said, here are the particulars about the hotel:
Location: loved the neighborhood of Provincia. Quiet, safe, neighborhood that had a little bit of everything. Restaurants, bodegas, and most importantly a metro station two block away. Great coffee shop across the street from hotel (another review). Used both the metro and Uber to get everywhere. Yes, downtown was a 20-minute Uber, but not staying downtown was a good thing in my opinion. Several neighborhoods to choose from, but really enjoyed Provincia.
Room: The room was amazing. Two double beds with a sitting area, separate closest area, sink, microwave, and electric kettle. Only thing missing was a refrigerator, but we made do. Had a wonderful small balcony that had a bistro table and two chairs. Pleasant view of the Andes each day. Large bathroom with stand alone shower and the room had two windows. This was considered the superior twin room and it was worth the extra money to spread out.
Restaurant:
Breakfast was included each day and it was nice. Typical meat, cheese, fruit, yogurt, eggs, bread, juices and lots of coffee. Ate dinner there one night and not that impressed…more places
Great location in a quiet neighborhood but a block away from restaurants, shopping, subway station. Spacious, clean and comfortable room.

Nice stay!
Well located in affluent area 5mins from the Costanera. Rooms are a bit dated and could do with some modernisation but the nice staff made up for it. There is a nice restaurant in front (Beppo) good for lunch or to have a coffee in the sun!
Great hotel for the $$ in a nice, friendly neighborhood. Close to shops and restaurants. Some of the staff didn't speak English, but we managed. They were able to find someone who could.
The stay was good. Getting into the parking garage was not so good. If your car was low to the ground, you bottomed out. I also paid my room through Hotels.com, in which I was charged. The hotel also charged my card. It has yet to be taken off my car; it has been close to 2 weeks. This does not make me happy. Other than that, the place was great.
When I booked the hotel, the photos made it look spacious. When we got there we were given a room with a queen sized bed and about 1ft of room on each side. We asked for an upgrade in size and they complied. When I asked the employee, he told us that this is a common complaint. They did charge us an extra $60, to switch, but the room was much bigger w/ a kitchenette and sofa.
The free breakfast was pretty low in quality with eggs not mixed or fully cooked. My husband drinks a lot of coffee, but he said it was not good at all.
But, the hotel was clean, in a nice neighborhood, and the staff spoke English fairly well.

Some of the reception staff are lazy
Most of the staff was friendly & helpful, but two we encountered almost daily were more interested in their phones or whatever they were watching on their computers. We had a problem with a lost credit card and asked for assistance with calling our CC company (a collect call to the US). They didn't have a clue how to do it. Seems a lack of protocol for the hotel.
When we finally did speak to the manager (not available at the time of the incident) he was very nice an accommodating. By the way we stayed in the Presidente Suites in Puerto Montt on this same trip and the staff there was excellent. Most of them spoke good English, knew the city and could recommend places to go. They were very accommodating in every way. I would rate that hotel 4+ stars.
The hotel is conveniently located in a safe neighbourhood and near a major shopping centre, attractions and metro. Hotel staff was very friendly. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
Enjoyed a 3 night stay during a stop over. Very friendly staff who were courteous and accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful with great variety. Rooms were comfortable (the pillow was the comfiest I've encountered in a hotel) and clean. Ability to open windows for fresh air was a bonus.
Hotel is located in a lovely neighbourhood, close to subway, supermarket and shopping.
Would be happy to stay here again.
Nice hotel close to the best attractions. The staff is very kind and the suits very confortable. The breakfast is good and you can eat a lot.

Ok but nothing special
Very slow check in, finally found booking and checked in.. no assistance with luggage, despite following Tv instructions still could not get to work and had to call twice and wait for over an hour for assistance. Cups supplied but no spoons or coffee sugar etc. Could
Not dry cups for reuse as no towel. Breakfast ok but no changes in daily offering.
Pleasant area for walking, convenient to restaurants, etc. Located on a quiet street. Hotel staff helpful and price reasonable. Room was quite small, but bed (which was king size and about the only thing that could fit in the room!) was comfortable.
