Located within seconds of the beach in the Capitola Village, this newly remodeled apartment is equipped for the perfect family getaway, whether its for the weekend, week, or month. Parents can take advantage of the two bedrooms while the kids can enjoy themselves with the two beds located in the upstairs loft. Two bathrooms with shower amenities will ensure that everyone can be accommodated simultaneously. A full kitchen is furnished to service any meal. The living room is equipped with a flat screen HD TV and a pull out couch. Wifi is available throughout the residence. If there is a need to do laundry, a washing machine and dryer are available.

The balcony overlooking the Village and the beach in the background is perfect to relax on while people watching. After the sun sets, take advantage of the hot tub to further unwind. Private parking is available behind the apartment along El Camino Medio.

Great location
The location was perfect and so close to everything. The owner was easy to communicate with and kind. Pros- working tv with cable, hot tub was hot and clean, plates were nice and plentiful, beds were incredibly comfortable from the mattress to the sheets, couch was comfy. Cons- the trash in the kitchen was completely full when we arrived(we had to take it out). the bath tub in the master bedroom was dirty with hair in the tub from the person before us. The dryer in the outdoor laundry room was not working well- we couldn’t dry the clothes all the way. Also, the master bedroom bathroom smelled of mold and you could see it dark between the tile and the tub. The fans in both bathrooms were so dusty and probably have a hard time getting the steam out from the build up. Overall, we had a great trip but thought I would mention those issues we had. Also there is 1 spot (of 3 spaces) for parking but we were able to use 2 because the restaurant only used 1. And then we were able to have another car park behind one of us. Just something to be aware of. And the upstairs is an incredibly low ceiling. Kids have fun up there but for adults it’s just a sleeping only space.

Great location with plenty of space
We had a great stay here! The location was awesome-a quick walk to anywhere in downtown. There was a decent amount of amenities and a comfortable living space. My only complaints would be that it could have been cleaner-mostly in the upstairs loft-and the pullout couch was broken when we got there. Also, there wasn’t any propane in the grill so we had to go and get some during our stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

Steps away from the beach
We had an amazing time! So close to all the action and great food but still enjoyed relaxing at the house. Teens loved dropping back into house after beach and shopping to dip in jacuzzi/ eat/ nap before heading back out to arcades/beach. Such a fun visit!

Perfect Weekend Getaway
This is the perfect spot to escape everyday life for a few days. Conveniently located near the Capitola Village, you can walk to all the cutest shops and enjoy some great meals and other treats. 10/10 recommend booking this property!

Perfect Location
We absolutely loved staying here. It is the perfect location to walk to the beach and everything in the village. The home was beautiful and clean. My kids loved staying in the loft. Would definitely recommend staying here and would gladly stay again! Thank you!

Great location and property
I was a little worried because a review earlier this year mentioned cleanliness …. Nothing to worry about. Pros Great location! This place is right downtown and incredibly private too. Spacious! This place is surprisingly large especially for being downtown. The master is very big, the living area also roomy, the back patio where the hot tub is…. Large enough for some patio furniture … though none. Kitchen laid out well. Appliances / bathrooms…. Newer and in good shape. Beds comfy Private parking (omg so nice to have!) Interesting,….. not really a con but an fyi The loft ceiling is low even at the high point. The 15-16 yr old teens who are 5’7 &5’10” did not mind and liked having a private space. The tv in master not connected didn’t work. The tv in living room had 4 remotes but none worked for it. Engineer Hubby spent about an hour troubleshooting and finally got it working. Wifi router required a reset
