Was an excellent stay, only thing is missing fky screens in rooms due to many insects being on complex. Also stuff team were good but have a extra fee charge for alot of things including baby cots.

The resort has become extremely money orientated, charging for every little item they can, charging for a sofa bed that is already in your room and nit providing bedding for it, even the use of beach towels, at a rate of $2.50 a towel. The cocktails were overpriced at $22 a drink and undrinkable. Cocktails and food were half the price, tastier and professionaly made at the westernport pub down the road. The resort property itself is enjoyable and family friendly.

It's a good location and the balcony view was great. But the building was tired and subsidence was evident as the doors did not close properly. Carpets are threadbare and the shower has a serious prostate problem ( barely trickled). We stayed 1 night and wouldn't go back no for the overcharged $700

Front desk staff were lovely and welcoming making both check in and checking out easy and quick. Only the one night there but it was a nice stay, the grounds are well kept, and the room was clean and tidy. Great spot for a weekend getaway or extended stay.

Just spent a week at Silverwater and I really wound down. Having the option of an indoor and outdoor pool meant I could have a swim every day. And the view! Wow! Plus breakfast in the restaurant with that amazing view again…loved it.

We love the in door pool. The temperature is warm enough to play in it for extended periods. The apartments themselves are getting a bit dated, but they are clean and are as described.

We stayed in a resort room and it was terribly noisy with the people above. The bed squeeked and it sounded like they were doing a marathon up there with a herd of rhinos.

Beautiful grounds, something for everyone. Close to Phillip island. Beautiful indoor pool and hot tub, too cold to use outdoor pool! Option to have buffet breakfast each morning. Reception staff were friendly. Rooms were fairly clean, although grout in bathroom definitely needs a good clean. No housekeeping though and any additional towels are $2.50. Overall would come back again.
