I had such a horrible experience staying here. Firstly, after paying for my stay in full, I then got a hard inquiry on my credit report, which lowered my score and will stay on my report for two years. There was no reason for them to run my credit. A sign of things to come. Secondly, check in was a nightmare. You get an email saying that there will be a lockbox with a key. But what happens when that lockbox isn’t there? Basically nothing. There’s no one on-site to help you. Like ever. There’s no front desk. There’s no one there solving problems. Don’t stay here. Thirdly, one night the fire alarm went off for twenty minutes. Twice. 1245am. And 530 am. I tried to call in the morning to see what the problem was. I called literally two dozen times, and every time either no one picked up, or someone picked up and immediately hung up. Do not stay here. And so, after all this, I still had a week left in my stay. So I called their “award-winning” customer service “HA” to get a refund for the rest of my stay so I could move somewhere else that wasn’t completely terrible. And continuing their theme or abysmal service, the woman said no. She said I could possibly move to their other location which was 5 miles away meaning I would then have to rent a car and sit in traffic to get back downtown to my job. But that there was absolutely no way to get a refund, and if the fire alarm kept going off every night, OH WELL. Do not stay here. Horrible service. And the hallway smells
