Summary:
Come enjoy our lovely place all-year-round with San Diego's amazing weather! Natural light floods each room through the skylights and vaulted ceilings. This is a second floor unit; all 3 bedrooms, living space, bathrooms and kitchen are on the same level. There is wonderful front balcony you can relax with your coffee/cocktail while taking in the view of the beautiful bay! Nestled in this peaceful & cozy spot, you are still only steps to the action of Mission Beach. Feel at home with all the amenities you could possibly need!

The Space:
We provide all you need to live as if you were at home including washer/dryer, 2 car garage, dishwasher, open kitchen/dining/living room layout, and a private balcony, oversized master suite, a 55" TV in the living room, and an additional TV in the master.

Guest Access:
We have a garage full of beach amenities, including bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards...

The Neighborhood:
Mission Beach is an amazing coastal community designed around "courts" with all of the residences facing one another across a sidewalk. That design creates a cozy and homey feel (and also limits the amount of car traffic) making Mission Beach the ideal spot to "live at the beach".

Enjoy several miles of long, flat boardwalks for riding bikes or skateboards or just going on a stroll at sunset. Restaurants, bars and amusement parks are all within walking distance. And of course, the beach on one side to surf or the bay on the other for more casual water play (unless you decide to kayak, stand-up paddle board or sail...all rental options are just minutes away).

Getting Around:
The Boardwalk and Bayside Walk are wonderful ways to travel throughout the beach and bay. The 1 car garage (+1 possible small car outside of garage) guarantees that you will always have parking should you venture out into greater San Diego. We've also partnered with a local company, PB Golf Cart Rentals, that offers daily rentals in a customized Golf Cart. Other Things to Note:
For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 90 days prior to arrival.

Interaction with Guests:
We are a self-service destination. We are just a phone call away and have agents that are almost never more than 5-10 minutes away should a need arise.
