Great place to stay.
Room was nice but not spotless when we entered.We were safe but homeless people were by the hotel from time to time. In a nice part of town for food and entertainment. Service was excellent and housekeeping staff were very friendly and cooperative in meeting our needs

Great place. Downstairs bar was really cool. If parking was a little more affordable it’d be a perfect steal. Really, parking is expensive everywhere down there though. All in all great spot!

Staff was nice. Some very helpful some not so much. Food was decent. We were told they didn’t have a kids menu only to find out they do. Parked on 6th street 2 blocks down for $13 instead of the $60 valet they offer. Water/ice machine room on the 3rd floor was a mess. Overall decent experience.

they ran out of park. they don't have enough parking if you are going there for an event. then they tell you to find a parking spot in a garage that is 5 blocks away and you have to figure it out on your own. all while 5 parking attendants just stand there and look clueless.

The hotel itself was amazing, but when we showed up, the valet was full and they didn't offer parking anywhere near the hotel. We had to park blocks away, and ended up paying over $100. Need a better system.

The hotel is nice and clean, however, when we arrived to check in at 4pm the room was not ready until an hour later. The staff did not give us an vouchers, as promised or a discount because of the room being unavailable an hour later. I watched the hotel manager go buy drinks for 2 other guests and failed to attend to anyone else in the lobby waiting for their room as well. Seemed he was too occupied trying to get a number from this female guest then to recognize other customers waiting a whole hour for their room. The parking at the hotel was also unorganized and we had to park our car at another parking structure and had to pay $96 even though we were told it was a $25 flat rate by the Hilton valet guy. I’m disappointed in the hotel because they were very unorganized and unprepared, but the hotel was only a 5 min walk from Petco park, which the concert was at.

I had reservations for Saturday, May 27 when we showed up on Saturday night the valet said there was no more parking left advised us to park down the street, again no more parking at any parking structures around the area absolutely ruined the memorial day weekend for me and my wife. We ended up staying down the street at the Best Western Hilton.

East Coast design on West Coast.
Au final un bon hôtel dont le style et le cadre surprend à LA. On s’attend plus à avoir cette décoration dans les Hamptons mais cela apporte de l’originalité. Les parties communes et le breakfast sont très agréables. Nous avions une chambre spacieuse avec tjrs ce style East Coast plutôt agréable également. 2 bémols cependant. Comme souvent, en passant par Expédia ou Hôtels.com on a l’impression de n’avoir pas la meilleure chambre disponible. La notre donnait sur la rue pouvant être assez bruyante en fonction de l’heure à cause de la circulation mais surtout, elle avait une très forte odeur d’humidité comme si elle avait subi un dégâts des eaux ( pluies importantes en Californie au Printemps ?). Cela ne m’a pas trop gêné personnellement mais ma femme y a été beaucoup plus sensible. Je pense que si nous y avions séjourné plus longtemps, nous aurions demandé un changement de chambre. Quoiqu’il en soit l’impression générale reste plutôt bonne. À ajouter que c’est à proximité de LAX , donc pour une première ou dernière nuit sur LA, cela est intéressant.LA n’étant pas la ville des États Unis la plus attractive mais plutôt une porte d’entrée économique pour partir à la découverte des grands espaces de l’Ouest américain.
