Firstly, the night staff is very rude. My flight was changed and I ended up getting there night before around 11pm although my check in was for the next day at 4pm. However the flight change was not in my control I did not expect to just be able to check in that early, however I asked to stay in the lobby until maybe some restaurant opens up as nothing around there was open at alll and this was my first time in SD. The staff told me the lobby was simply going to close at midnight and I requested if I just stay at least until I can go somewhere I wouldn’t bother anyone, it was pouring outside with rain, they did not care, they were extremely rude. Then I waited outside in the rain for a couple of hours with my luggage under a shed of a restaurant. Went to check if they were open at 2:30 am and their door was open, when I asked the representative I thought you said you guys “lock” the door at midnight she responded saying someone may have forgotten to lock the door. This is a complete lie when there were guests coming in checking in late. I understand there maybe some policies in place however to lie that the lobby is going to close and that the door will be locked is very insensitive and unprofessional. Next we went into the hot tub and it literally smelled like sewer water, it was green. I initially thought maybe there’s a drain nearby or maybe the color at the bottom of the hot tub was green and I was over reacting. Next day I was covered in a rash all over. It was disgustin
