The building hall and stairs were dirty. Elevator broken, the entire time we were there. We had to go up and down with our luggages and every time we went out, 5 floors (81 steps). NO FUN. Air conditioning in the apartment was not working great. Weather was pleasant and we opened the door and windows, otherwise it would’ve been EXTREMELY hot.

Propery has elavators that do not work. Permanent residents have said it breaks constantly. Those with disability will have a very difficult time climbing up and down 5 flights of stairs. They are out of compliance with the ADA. Other than that, i would've given a higher rating.

The property was nice and safe. Walkable to the river walk and several key attractions. There was a lot of road noise during the day and night. They provided a noise machine and we had two of our own due to having our baby with us but didn’t drown out much. Overall great place!
