B&B LIVING ON THE PORT - Room "Il Balcone sul Porto"

One of the three individually bookable rooms (HAIT 10585257) in the B&B "Abitare sul Porto". The B&B has been active since July 2017 with two other rooms ("La stanza Grande - HAIT 8375233 and" La Camera sul Mare - HAIT 8378226), both already referenced also on HomeAway. The "Il Balcone sul Porto" room is the latest addition, having been inaugurated in October 2019. The B&B as a whole is Airbnb SuperHost for eight consecutive quarters (with over 400 positive reviews) and has achieved the score of 9.5 / 10 on Booking for 2019/2020. The new room "Il Balcone sul Porto" is a "dry double" that has been designed as "Top of the range" of the B&B, having both a private internal bathroom (such as "La Stanza Grande") and facing the sea (as the "Camera sul Mare", but with a real "private balcony" instead of a window). All the amenities are identical for the three bedrooms (central heating and air conditioning with independent hot / cold split, television, free wi-fi, mini bar, microwave, coffee maker, boiler, hairdryer etc.). The towels and bed linen are changed twice a week and during the check-in guests find a free "welcome" equipment for both the minibar and a mini-breakfast. In the bathroom, which is inside the room, a hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel and toilet paper are provided. The entrance to the room is from the large internal hall of the same apartment where Host Anna Maria and Tony also live, on the opposite side from the entrance to the "Camera sul Mare". Guests are given the keys to the room, those of the apartment and those of the palace door.

Quaint and charming place with lovely view
Anna Maria and family were wonderful hosts, the room with view were perfect! Close proximity to shopping and the room has everything you could need. If you come using Google maps, it will get you to the neighborhood but not the right building. Anna sends detailed instructions and is available to assist upon arrival. Recommend!

Beautiful accommodation and great location
Husband and I stayed for two nights. We had a car and unfamiliar with the area and parking due to a festival. Hosts were helpful, accommodating to our changing arrival time and very gracious. Room is well equipped with a comfortable bed. Location is fantastic: close to shopping, marina, public beach and tons of restaurants. View from the room was amazing.

Tornerò sicuramente!
Ho soggiornato in questa proprietà per 6 notti insieme al mio ragazzo; gli host sono gentilissimi e, nonostante sia proprio una camera nella casa di questi due signori, non ce ne si rende proprio conto in quanto non li abbiamo quasi mai visti tranne in caso di necessità (contattarli è molto semplice). La camera era molto bella e godeva di una splendida visuale sul porto che non era per niente rumoroso. La pulizia era perfetta ed inoltre la camera era dotata di tutti i comfort: frigobar (dove ci hanno anche fatto trovare alcune cose omaggio), alcune cose per la colazione (tra cui bollitore e macchinetta del caffè provvista di cialde) e phon. Dovessi tornare a Salerno tornerei sicuramente qua e mi sento di consigliarla caldamente a chiunque voglia visitare anche la costiera amalfitana, la casa infatti è a 5 minuti a piedi dal porto Manfredi dove partono traghetti per la costiera e vi è anche una fermata dell’autobus di fronte alla porta del palazzo (anche gli autobus sono molto comodi e raggiungono diversi posti della costiera). La posizione è inoltre molto tranquilla e ha tutti i servizi e ristoranti a due passi.
