Only 100 meters away from the beach and the famous Louis XIV square and its sunny terrasses, right in the center of the old town ! Many shops and restaurants around.
Completely renovated 82 m2 appartment, 3rd floor, in a charming typical, basque style house.
Fantastc views on the city´s roofs and the Rhune mountain whilst the sea visible from the balcony.
Large volumes. Very modern decoration including furniture and lighting from the best italian brands. Hardwood flooring. Picasso, Modigliani and Matisse copy paintings on the white walls. Impressive daylight.
Fully equipped kitchen: Dish and clothes washers, micro waves oven, expresso machin...etc.

Bertrand is a wonderful host, readily answers all questions and is quite helpful. The apartment is a modern apartment in an old building. It is well appointed. It is however, it is on the third floor with 5 or six flights of stairs. If that is not a problem, I would strongly recommend this property.

Très bel appartement placé au coeur du centre ville, vous parcourez tout à pied, du marché à la magnifique baie de Saint de Jean de Luz qui est à deux pas. L'appartement est très bien équipé et conforme aux photos. Le propriétaire est très disponible et à votre écoute.

Un emplacement topissime, une chouette décoration dans l’appartement et un hôte très agréable et disponible. Dommage qu’en cette fin d’année le ciel ait pleuré autant...mais ça nous donne envie de revoir Saint Jean sous le soleil...

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'appartement est agréable et bien situé, à proximité de la plage et en plein centre ville. La communication avec le propriétaire était vraiment optimal. Nous y reviendrons sans faute. Encore merci pour les bonnes adresses de restaurant.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans l'appartement de Bertrand en famille. L'appartement est top: dans le centre ville, tres proche de la plage, avec une très belle vue sur les toits et sur les montagnes au loin. C'était très propre, spacieux (plus grand que sur les photos), lumineux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Bertrand nous a donné de tres bon conseils. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir!
