Allowed early entry into apartment - 12.30pm. Clean, neat and access to pool was great as we were on the ground floor with porch area direct access to pool.

Have stayed before at the Rye Hotel, we usually holiday around February, which is quieter, only thing was the Carnival, so i lnow now not to go back in January. Had a pleasant comfortable stay. A toaster would have been handy have

I love that it's so quiet this time of year, and the few guests they get they space out around the hotel so we never hear each other. I also like the attached Pub, great dinner option.

An exceptionally great stay

I am so happy that I booked this accommodation. Everything was perfect. We were greeted by friendly, helpful staff at reception and the room was spacious and comfortable with everything that we needed. We had a beautiful ocean view room and the bonus was it was centrally located so we just walked everywhere. We hope to stay here again.

Did not sleep a wink. Noise from other rooms was terrible. If there was no commitments for the following day we would have left through the night. Seriously need to look at sound proofing the rooms more. Zero privacy.

I stayed in the spa room, second floor over looking the pool, The room was perfect for our romantic weekend away in winter. The heater was nice, the shower was hot. Couldn’t fault the room. Only 7 minute drive to hot springs. Fantastic, definitely will stay again.

Warm and welcoming staff especially in the cafe/bistro and Kate in reception, who encouraged us to experience Peninsula hot springs in the late afternoon/evening despite the rainy weather as the water would have been too hot otherwise (35-36 degrees). The scenic view offered by the hotel balcony is breathtaking. We can’t stop smiling.

We stayed at The Rye hotel , while in Town for a wedding . The room we stayed in was Amazing very clean ,great view of the Rye Pier and very close to shops would stay here again . All the staff were very friendly and helpful .

The staff are very friendly and the room was clean, the pool is heated perfect for small children. Only issue was you can hear everything from the room including people walking in the room above us.

Close to the beach was the only thing good about the property. Mini fridge was so loud, noise activated every 20 mins lasting 10 mins very annoying during night time reason why we left a day early.

A lovely 4 day break
We had a lovely 4 days in Rye. We were there for a wedding in the area but still found this to be a great holiday option. The only problem that I would say was that the TV system is old so you cant cast to it or get the usual platforms. Otherwise great. Great location too.
