This beautiful coastal home is perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. Set in an ideal location, just a short walk to the front beach, supermarket and numerous eateries. Less than 2km to the Peninsula Hot Springs, Dunes Golf Course and the Cups winery.

The outdoor area has a large deck, naturally shaded by two beautiful trees and a fire pit to roast marshmallows, all set amongst a manicured garden - a perfect place to enjoy the morning sunshine or the night stars. Out front you can relax in the garden on an Adirondack chair reading a book or sipping your favourite beverage.

This home features two large sliding doors where the inside becomes the outside. It has been designed for entertaining, while also providing cozy spaces for those quiet nights.
Inside you will find both an open fire place and a gas log fire place to relax around on those cooler nights. A modern kitchen with a concrete bench that seats 6 and a bench table that seats an additional 6. The elevated living area has two large comfy sofas facing the gas log fire.

The newly built master bedroom has a large window with louvre windows, overlooking the garden and leafy surrounds. The large spa bath is perfect to relax sore muscles after a long day on the beach or discovering the numerous world class wineries and golf courses in the area. It has a large shower and walk-in robe. A ceiling fan on the vaulted ceiling and heater will keep you comfortable no matter what season you visit.

Bedroom two has a queen bed and two chairs that fold into single beds or make another double. It also has a ceiling fan, wardrobe and Smart tv with Netflix, Stan etc.

The studio has a bunk bed, double over single, and can also sleep up to 4 guests. This is complete with a ceiling fan and Smart tv.

Bedding is provided for the main beds in each bedroom. If you are planning to use the single mattresses or fold out beds, please bring extra bedding. Towels are not provided.

Additional features of the home include a gas BBQ, Nespresso coffee machine, hammock, wine and cocktail glasses, cutlery, kitchenware and a peaceful location.

Nice spot
When we arrived it was a great spot etc. there were bread crumbs all over the bench. Obviously just missed during the clean. There is no towels at this accommodation. The listing says all linens but there is no towels we had to go into town and buy some.

The house layout was great for family with kids. Styles of interior design. comfortable and cozy for family gatherings. We would love to go back again to stay for a bit longer. Will recommend. Good walking exercises from the house to beach and shops.

Lovely stay, beautiful house
Beautiful, comfortable home that was very well provisioned. Plenty of room for the whole family and we loved the cozy fireplace! Unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of the outdoor firepit due to the weather but would definitely stay again.

Fantastic house. Gas and open fireplaces, really spacious bedrooms (we were so happy no one had to sleep in bunk beds!) Great communal and outdoor spaces & modern kitchen/bathrooms. Added bonus of the spa bath. Pleasant walk into town & beach & very close to the hot springs complex. The fact we were able to bring our geriatric dog with us meant we could have a lovely break. Thankyou. We would love to return next year!

Lovely place to sleep and visit the Hot Springs
Hi, The place was on the whole well maintained. We did have a few issues. 1. The wire railing next to the kitchen has sharp ends and I cut my finger quite deeply - these need to be fixed as they are dangerous. 2.I am not sure what kind of cleaning was done, as we found dead flies on the windows and on the floor of the kitchen and the lounge room. 3.Remember to bring towels - not sure why a property of this calaber has no towels, even hand towels in the bathrooms. - its kind of counter intuitive to a lovely hastle free weekend/stay if you have to bring them - and I did forget so a trip to the supermarket was the order of the day. Apart from these things I will go back given the chance.
